This is the story of the man who gave Bharat its own first Semi-Hi-Speed #VandeBharatTrain
It is some 6 years old thing from today that is of 2016. There was a big railway officer who was an engineer by profession. He had only two years left in his retirement. 🧵
Usually, near the retirement, when the time for the last posting comes, the employee is asked about his choice. The last posting is given at the place of choice so that the employee can get the house of his choice made in the last 2 years and can settle down & live comfortably.+
But that officer sought his last posting in ICF (Integral Coach Factory) Chennai.
The Chairman Railway Board asked him what was the intention?
That engineer said that he intends to make semi-high speed train for his country. +
This was the period when the trial of Spanish Talgo company's rail coaches running 180Km per hour was going on in the country. The trial was successful but that company was asking for about Rs 250 crore for 10 coaches and was not even signing a technology transfer agreement. +
In such a situation, that engineer resolved that he would make a better train than Talgo in his country with indigenous technology, at less than half its cost. Chairman Railway Board asked:Are You Sure, We Can Do It? Yes Sir
How much money is needed for R&D?
only 100 crores sir+
Railways gave him posting in ICF and Rs 100 crore
That officer hurriedly raised a team of Railway Engineers and everyone got involved in the work.
The unique product which was prepared after 2 years of tireless hard work is known as Vande Bharat Rake, earlier know as Train 18.+
And do you know how much did this 16-coach train 18 cost?
Only 97 crores. Whereas Talgo was asking for 250 crores for only 10 coaches.
Train 18 is the rarest diamond in the glorious history of Indian Railways. +
Its specialty is that it does not require any engine to pull it because every compartment is self-propelled, so to say, every coach has a motor.
The first rake prepared in two years was run between Varanasi - New Delhi in the name of Vande Bharat Train. +
The name of that promising engineer was Sudhanshu Mani.
He retired in 2018
No one from this nation patted his team on the back for a remarkable achievement like Train 18. +
Recently, when Vande Bharat collided with buffalo & its front part was damaged, then many people started criticizing the design of the train unrestrainedly, then Sudhanshu Mani wrote an article and told the merits of its design.
Mr. Mani is retired & currently lives in Lucknow.

Since Iran exports a huge amount of oil to India, whenever the Iran-US conflict escalates, it affects India as well, so our media shows a lot of news about it.
Have you ever wondered "Why Iranians call America "The Devil's Land"?
The British already dominated Iran's oil trade, with 84% of Iran's oil production going to England and only 16% to Iran. The Emperor of Iran, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, was a corrupt man, so he didn't care.In 1951, Mohammed Mossadegh, a staunch patriot, became PM. +
He did not like the dominance of foreign companies in Iran's oil trade. On March 15, 1951, he presented a bill for the nationalization of Iran's oil industry in the parliament, which was passed by a majority. After this bill was passed, Iranians began to dream of happiness, +
Democracies have inherent flaws which has been exploited by Islam to control nations. Political parties in any democratic nation exist just to win in elections and form a govt. Islam exploited this flaw by forming vote banks of Islamic votes in every democratic place they are. +
How to counter this ? Does democracy as a form of govt. has any mechanism to stop this votebank appeasement politics ? We need to find answer to this question.
For political parties it's easy votes and they won't do anything to stop this. +
They will start doing appeasement if not doing already. Every one likes certainty. What better way to keep apeasing a community for guaranteed votes. Off late some political party gloat over stats that Muslim women have voted for them. They do it only where there win is certain.+
There is a study which says Islamisation of a country can't be stopped once Muslim population reaches 16% of total population.
Britain has 10%+ & they already have taken to streets against the 3rd most populous religious group Hindu's who are just 2-3%.+ #HindusUnderAttackInUK
Many countries that are Islamic today were originally Christian, for example Turkey, Egypt, Lebanon & Syria.
In other countries as well, Islam supplanted the previous religion: Pakistan was Hindu, Afghanistan was Hindu/Buddhist, Iran was dominated by Zoroastrianism. +
Islamisation of a country is already inevitable, when the proportion of Muslims of the population is about 16 percent, so say many experts on the subject topic. It will take another 100 to 150 years before the Islamisation is complete. +
