What is the purpose of @TwitterVerified? I qualify on several of these but they refuse to acknowledge it. I guarantee for my geographic location my follower count is high. I have more followers than the former mayor and the current sheriff of Rochester
I have twice the followers of local reporter Adam Chodak. Theresa Marsenburg has 655 followers but she has a blue check. Lots more than Amal and Natalie too. These people do the same type of work I do except I'm national. But if we're going by geographical location...
.@TwitterVerified claims that geographical location matters. Let's look at more journalists/entertainers/notables in Rochester. @ToddHallidy deserves a blue check and a lot more followers btw. Follow him. He's awesome. What a voice. So smooth, like butter.
OMG I have twice the following of Dr. Mike Mendoza, the health czar of Rochester. This was THE DUDE making covid restrictions. I have twice his reach.
Jennifer Lewke has a similar job to mine here in the Rochester area. She got an Emmy, I got a Happy Frog. Potato, potahto.
CHIEF meteorologist dude has half my following. No shade on any of these folks btw...just pointing out the facts to @TwitterVerified that keeps saying I'm not "notable." But Eric is.
Berkeley Bean, fewer followers than me. Same geographical location. Same job.
The damn District Attorney for Rochester has a fraction of my followers (no blue check though. She should have one.)
I'm dwarfing a local politician Joe Morelle.
But let's look at radio since a lot of what I do is broadcasting.
.@BobLonsberry is great. We have a similar Twitter following. He deserves a blue check too. Maybe he hasn't applied. I'm sure they'd give it to him.
.@LarrySharpe is the most popular guy on this list on Twitter. He's great btw. Love him. Glad to see Twitter verified him.
The point of all this is that if @TwitterVerified applies its rules equally there's no reason I should be denied verification. I not only qualify based on geographic location BUT papers of record have written about me and @PJMedia_com multiple times, I work for a media company
And that media company is a publicly traded media conglomerate with a network of radio stations and publications across this country. They're not verified on Twitter either. @SalemMediaGrp It's absurd. Why the discrimination?
If I'm not "notable" then why are all those publications and notable people writing about my stories? @TwitterVerified doesn't apply the rules equally @elonmusk. I enjoy the idiocy of it, don't get me wrong. I'm happy to continue to be an example of the extreme bias of the Twits.

I'm going to apply for my blue check AGAIN. According to Twitter rules, I should have one. I'm a member of the media employed by a media company. My editor can confirm, but they say no every time. Writers at Buzzfeed though, get one. Here goes nothin'
Welp, this is how they get you. "I have verified that my employer is verified." @PJMedia_com is not verified. Twitter refuses even though they are owned by Salem (which is also not verified) but is a publicly traded media giant. Holy hell. How ridiculous @elonmusk
Now THIS is hilarious. I tried a different way. I chose the "entertainment" option and it asked me to give them three links from notable media that named me. I used CNN, WaPo and NYT hit pieces on me and my reporting. If this works I will ROFL
Florida did NOT BAN THE MEDICALIZATION OF KIDS FOR GENDER TRANSITION. What they did was put a moratorium on puberty blockers and surgeries on anyone under 18 EXCEPT in IRB approved research at universities. 🚩 🚩 to follow @againstgrmrs
All this will do is begin 100 new "approved research studies" at Woke Universities. And whoever wants in will get in. How can anyone call this a ban??? Do not be fooled. Do not be hoodwinked. Why is everyone scared to say this is BAD for children? NO EXPERIMENTING ON CHILDREN.
The med. board will meet again to discuss "enhanced consent" which will STILL allow children to consent! CHILDREN CANNOT CONSENT! INSANITY. This rule also implies that some children benefit from gender experimentation! This is insane.
These are the kinds of threats the media encourages when they write false reports. @hunnybadgermom, who exposed what looks like child endangerment to a lot of people, is getting threats like this.
.@TwitterSupport refuses to take down the doxing of her home address even though she is being stalked by Antifa
The Daily Beast reported that it was "Proud Boys" and "Neo-Nazis" throwing smoke bombs and causing mayhem at a protest at the bar. Does that sound like who the culprits of violence might be IN OREGON?
Im failing at wifing. I left the kettle on and melted my stove and almost burned the house down. Prayers for Mr. Fox. I just depleted our savings. Subscribe on locals if you want to help me recover MeganFox.locals.com
He tore it out already. Not only am I down one stove but the coffee machine broke last week so no coffee either.
Feeling grateful for the instant pot. Heading down to make dinner in it.
🚩 @szuchsm claims in her article that Missouri law would not allow Mylissa Farmer to get an abortion at 17 weeks after her water broke and her baby was terminal and Farmer was in danger of severe complications and even death. Not once did Szuch quote the law in MO.
🚩 The law is clear. Farmer meets every criteria. Her baby was terminal, she was at risk of dying or major complication, and the law covered her situation. But this is how @szuchsm described it. She provided no context with the language of the law that DOES have exceptions.
