❗️Russian invaders announced that they would carry out the forced deportation/“evacuation” of the residents of the Kherson region from the Kakhovskyi district.

Previously there were a lot of reports from locals about forced deportation/"evacuation".
For example: Local residents of Nova Kakhovka report forced displacement of residents from three streets of city, and that Russian military has already begun to move into emptied houses.
/2
Forced displacement of residents was also reported by 🇺🇦 Southern command:
“Under the pretext of preparing for defense in Nova Kakhovka, the Russian military is carrying out a forced evacuation of the locals……”

Also, before Russian statements concerning “evacuation”, 🇺🇦 sources associated with the military wrote suggestions that Russians are planning to organize the forced displacement of residents in the marked area on the map up to the 3/11 - 5/11

To the question: Why are the Russians doing this?
I agree with the opinion of the head of the military administration of Mykolayiv region - Vitaly Kim.

IMHO
It is known that, Russians planned to mobilize about 300,000. And some investigations suggest that real number could be even higher.
300 000 is a population of a whole city. Imagine yourself on a place of Ru officers -“where will you settle 300 000 military personal?”

You need to provide all of them with shelter quickly, especially as the winter is comming.
Force deportation of local residents gives quick and easy solution in the eyes of Russians.

After a drone attack on Sevastopol, traces of black smoke were visible from the side of the Kozacha Bay.
Russian media claim it’s just a “planned exercise” but still asks residents not to take images in order not to help the “enemy”

Two different fire places are clearly visible on this video. Almost certainly remaining fuel tanks
Strikes were reported by Ru sources at 12:52 local time claiming 3 HIMARS missiles.

In Shakhtarsk, Donbas, something is burning very strongly. It is likely, but not yet confirmed, that fuel tanks are burning near the railway station. twitter.com/i/web/status/1…

Another video from Shakhtarsk shows that the fire probably affected a train with fuel tanks

In Kherson, reports that Russians are taking fire trucks and stolen civilian cars on territory of a shipyard, loading them onto barges and ferrying them to left bank
P.S: earlier it was reported that Russians disbanded local fire department

Photo confirmation of the theft of firetrucks by Russians from Kherson to the left bank. The stolen equipment is moving in the direction of Hola-Prystan

It is also reported that - overnight, more than 60 trucks left on ferry crossings from the right to the left bank, which were allegedly filled with dozens of tons of household appliances stolen in Kherson
Something interesting is being discussed in Russian militaristic chats discussing Kherson region. According to some statements, all “state institutions” / (Russian occupational administrations) are transferred to the left bank of the Dnipro.
/1
According to others, rotation is discussed with a transition to other positions closer to Dnipro and “the beginning of the battle for Kherson”, or even leaving the river to the left bank.
My personal opinion is still very skeptical, I will not believe it until I see it.

Continuing following Russian announcement about Kherson region.
Here's a fresh one from Russian-appointed head of Kherson region, where he asks the population of the right bank of to evacuate to the left bank or further to Russia.
