If you want to increase your mental strength and get more out of life, try out the following things we have been reflecting on over the last 3 days on the #5amclub Reflections by @SafariUbuntu team
1- Refrain from feeling sorry for yourself
Pick yourself up and let go. Bad things happen. That’s life. Smile and move one
2- Never give your power to others.
Always Do You. Never let the crowd take over. Be assertive and stand your ground
3- Embrace change
The two things in life that you have no control over are TIME AND CHANGE. Deal with them wisely
4- Avoid fretting over things you can’t control.
Focus on the things in your sphere of influence and ignore what you can’t control
5- Stop worrying about pleasing everyone.
Learn to say no more often. It is a great word
6- Never be afraid of taking risks, but be clever about which risks you take
7- Resist the urge to dwell in the past.
Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow is not promised. You have control of NOW
8- Make sure to never make the same mistake twice
If you know it’s wrong, don’t do it again!!
9- Never be resentful of other people’s success
You are only killing your set slowly and not growing. Do you
10- Keep at it and never give up after an initial failure.
Keep Going
11- Face your fears of being alone and overcome them.
Embrace solitude. Meditate and Reflect more
12- Be on your guard for feeling of entitlement and “arrivism”.
Humility with keep you where talent will never take you
13- Never expect immediate results and be patient.
Embrace the process.

Having many customers to please or assuming you have many customers comes with the greatest expectation of having to satisfy them. Customer satisfaction is not easy as many think. I tend to admire boutique businesses which sometimes make more revenue than the big brands. #thread
From my experience managing several stakeholders or customers, I have learnt that it is important to focus on the 80/20 principle. Focus on the 20% who will give you 80% results. Usually, we tend to focus on satisfying the 80% and spend so much resources for 20% results
Last week while speaking to over 200 @UgandaBreweries marketing and sales staff, I emphasized the importance of this principle. But to make it work, you need data. You need to know who the 20% are and focus your efforts on them.
