Hit and run at 25th and Emerson Ave S.

A female was found DOA in the alley.

Homicide/investigator responding.

We were sent a pic of a garbage truck detained and being searched by police in that same area. We're working to confirm if it's connected to the incident.

MPD has confirmed the deceased female in the alley of 25th and Dupont to Emerson Ave S. in a suspected hit and run.

The female "was known to sleep in the alley."

The investigation continues.

Missing 2-year-old.

The Apple Valley Police Department is requesting the public’s help finding an abducted 2-year-old boy named Shannon Yusef Ingram. He goes by Yusef. He is a Black boy with brown eyes and brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a blue Baby Shark hoodie, silver necklace, gray jeans and blue slip-on shoes. Police are looking for Yusef’s non-custodial father, Shannon Dawayne Ingram, 30. He is believed to have taken Yusef from an address in Apple Valley.
