शनैः शनैरूपरमेबुद्ध्या धृतिगृहीतया।
आत्मसंस्थं मनः कृत्वा न किञ्चिदपि चिन्तयेत्॥
फिर धीरे-धीरे निश्चयात्मक बुद्धि के साथ मन केवल भगवान में स्थिर हो जाएगा और भगवान के अतिरिक्त कुछ नहीं सोचेगा।
शनै:-क्रमिक रूप से; शनै:-क्रमिक रूप से; उपरमेत्–शान्ति प्राप्त करना; बुद्धया-बुद्धि से; धृति-गृहीतया-ग्रंथों के अनुसार दृढ़ संकल्प से प्राप्त करना; आत्म-संस्थम्-भगवान में स्थित; मन:-मन; कृत्वा-करके; न-नहीं; किञ्चित्-अन्य कुछ; अपि-भी; चिन्तयेत्-सोचना चाहिए।
Chapter: 06, Verse: 25
śhanaiḥ śhanair uparamed buddhyā dhṛiti-gṛihītayā
ātma-sansthaṁ manaḥ kṛitvā na kiñchid api chintayet
Slowly and steadily, with conviction in the intellect, the mind will become fixed in Ishwar alone, and will think of nothing else.

It reduces blood pressure. Unlike in other medications, blood pressure values within the normal range are not affected. Only what goes above the normal range is brought within the normal range.

दुःख के संयोग से वियोग की अवस्था को योग के रूप में जाना जाता है, ऐसा तू जान। इस योग का दृढ़तापूर्वक कृतसंकल्प के साथ निराशा से मुक्त होकर पालन करना चाहिए।
तम्-उसको; विद्यात्-तू जान; दु:ख-संयोग-वियोगम्-वियोग से दुख की अनुभूति; योग-संज्ञितम्-योग के रूप में ज्ञान; निश्चयेन-दृढ़तापूर्वक; योक्तव्यो–अभ्यास करना चाहिए; योग-योग; अनिर्विण्णचेतसा-अविचलित मन के साथ।

The University of Nalanda was established during the reign of Gupta Empire in 5th century. It was one of the earliest universities in the world.
Built in red bricks, the university is an architectural masterpiece.
It is believed that the whole University campus is spread across over 15,000,000 sq meters and only 10% of which has been excavated while rest of the ruins still lie under the ground.
At that time, it was the only international university in the world.
