Again, here's the 3 Stages of Macro #krisonomics

We are at Stage 3.
Periods of "stability" will emerge as the governments do mandatory redistribution of scarcer output via handing out money to the poor, taxing the middle class and raising minimum wage.

2/

The redistribution period will last 10-15 years, until Pentagon manages to readjust supply chains out of China and Russia.

That is why we are currently on WW3, which I call #SupplyChainWar

It's a war to reconfigure supply chains.

3/

There are millions of questions as to what Jerome Powell will do.

Folks, are you freaking out of your mind to even think that the entire fate of the Global Supply Chains rests on ONE PERSON, Jerome Powell?

Folks, please.

Jerome is raising rates because there is a behind closed door consensus to raise rates.

They have a reason for it, which is self evident to them now. It was not self evident before, but now it is.

In the same way, the narrative that Paul Volcker unilaterally raised rates, is also just narrative.

There was a consensus behind closed door which was self evident to all.

Paul Volcker operated based on that consensus.

And the consensus was about OPEC and crude oil.

Now, we learn from various people privy of those decisions 5 decades ago, that OPEC in the 1970s had demanded Higher Interest Rates from their Eurodollar deposits, or Crude Oil blockade.

So, the decision was made consensually that the Fed would raise rates to the point of incentivizing OPEC to earn adequate interest on the profit their made in the eurodollar system, so OPEC released the oil, thereafter.

No way the entire US Empire would depend on one person, be it Volcker or Powell, when the elephant excrement hits the fan, which is now.

These are collegial decisions from the decision makers, visible and shadow, looking at self evident damage to tackle.

9/

We now have 2 self evident problems:

1) Crude Oil price
2) Supply chain breakdown.

Self evidently, the decision makers, shadow and visible, are tackling these problems.

THINGS HAPPEN IN TIME AND SPACE.

Again, 2 self evident problems to tackle:

1) Crude oil price
2) Supply chain breakdown.

Raising rates is self evidently one of the things to do to fix those problems, IN TIME AND SPACE, not instantly.

11/

So, folks again, focus on what matters:

1) Crude oil price
2) Supply Chain Breakdown

Anything will be done to fix those, as nothing else matters, America and the West would NOT exist without fixing these.

So, if rates must be raised to 10% to fix these problems, they will.

15% they will.

Parallel, Pentagon has itself declared that it's working to readjust supply chains outside China and Russia.

So, there is a plan, there is a plan, folks.

That's good news, great news.

13/

Bad news is that stuff happens IN TIME AND SPACE.

It will take 10-15 years to have this fixed.

During this time phase 3 will be under way giving us wrong impression of "stability".

14/

If Pentagon fails, hypothetically, we are screwed.

If Jerome doesn't raise rates, so there would be demand for USD , in order to make adequate interest from global profits, we are also screwed.

So, folks, FOCUS PLEASE.

15/

All will be fine by 2035 or so.

Until then, as I have suggested:

1) Buy up to 1 year local government bonds

2) Learn a productive trade (electrician, plumber etc)

3) Reduce unnecessary spending.

16/

During this time we shall a return to RELIGION, as the Ultra-Liberal order disappears.

Harder Life would force men and women find religion and ... .(gasp) create families.

So, not all will be bleak. More kids, more kids, move love, more life on the way.
