2 questions to ask your prospects:

- You: "Let's say we start a collaboration next year, would you be opposed to starting the 2nd or 3rd week of January?"
- Prospect: "No, it's a reasonable timeline for us"

- You: "I'm gonna make you a favor. The % of increase I mentioned, forget about it,

BUT,

the price stays the same if we have a signed agreement before Thursday the 15th of Dec. Fair enough?"

- Prospect: "Sounds fair"
4 steps recap:

1/ Check if they're serious about starting next year
2/ If yes, when exactly? (the closer to the start of the year, the better)
3/ Do them a favor [Reciprocity Principle]
4/ Drop your offer
