This petition means the vaccine injured now know they can claim against the manufacturers using the Consumer Protection Act.

I have been saying this since August....
I'm not sure why they need "new research"
@moderna_tx's own report published in June 2022 (before they were approved) showed their bivalent booster was less effective than the original

@MHRAgovuk have now published the Public Assessment Reports for the Pfizer & Moderna BA1 bivalent boosters, they only did this after escalation to the @ICOnews. They have still failed to respond to the remainder of my FOI.

They have been approved for anti-body production only, not efficacy.
The fact efficacy data for Moderna was lower for the BA1 booster than the original vaccine has been ignored in the report.

Risks include myocarditis, pericarditis & Vaccine Associated Enhanced Disease
Missing information includes
-use in pregnancy & breastfeeding
-long term safety
-use on immunocompromised subjects
-use on frail subjects
-use on subjects with autoimmune or inflammatory disorders

The government have confirmed that the vaccine injured can sue the manufacturers (however we would pay the bill)
"This is from the The Human Medicines (Coronavirus and Influenza) (Amendment) Regulations 2020"
The explanatory notes are much clearer than the Regulations

Their initial statement makes it clear that commercial interests outweigh public interest

"Indemnities do not prevent individuals from pursuing legal claims for compensation." Is true however

1. If the government is liable they will fight tooth and nail to protect their financial risk therefore individuals fighting claims will have 2 opponents, the manufacturer & the government
