Hossain: Who's he to tell me? This is not the way to address the proceedings.

Rahul Mehra: Who are you? Are you the court? Is the ED the court now? Without even the reply being furnished to us, it has been furnished to the media. Everything is out in the media.

Zoheb Hossain: There is no single leak from the enforcement directorate. We will see that guilty is brought to justice.

There are 2 people who had the Pen drive. There was no single leak. The moment they got the pen drive there was a leak.

Zoheb Hossain: They say we were advised physiotherapy so we are taking. Many Tihar officers have been suspended. The LG has set up inquiry....There are a lot of transfers. Transfers of some top officers.

Zoheb Hossain: To presume leak on our behalf is completely preposterous. There has been no leak and there will be no leak.

What they're alleging is already in the public domain. What is the requirement of defamation? Truth is an exception.

Rahul Mehra: Thankfully Union of India has many ASGs.. the reason is that the entire team can be spread out. They knew it was happening yesterday.

You keep on saying we're going to delay the trial. Now, who's trying to delay this part of the trial so that there is more damage.

They will say we have not done it. Exactly it has come..

Where is the prejudice being caused. The argument that I'm the one doing all of this on the face of it cannot be accepted.

Why is it that an agency trying to do all of this?

And then lie on the affidavit.

Mehra: I will not do it because there is absolutely no gain - doing it in a selective manner, publicize it across news channels..

Not only presumption but I'm sure that the reply to the application has first been leaked to media.Before we enter court, is playing all over media.

Rahul Mehra: Is Satyendar Jain a magician that he can get things that are in ED custody and share it with the media?

They can completely negate everything just because they're ED?

Rahul Mehra: Time and again Supreme Court has said there shouldn't be media trial.

To say that we haven't done it. Be honest at least on affidavit.

But across media channels. He has lost 28-30 kg in 4 months. Hysteria created in National channels that this minister is having a luxurious trial.

November 28 is the next date of hearing

On Satyendar Jain's plea on not being given proper food, the court issued notice to Tihar jail authorities and kept the hearing on next Tuesday.
