Sat in Full Council earlier this week a Tory Councillor sagely opined - "there is no such thing as public [Government] money, there is only taxpayers’ money."

The pub in question is the excellent Muddled Man in #WestChinnock, #Somerset 🇬🇧 They now have an air monitor and a poster. But the most interesting thing was not the air monitor - it was the discussion it started…
