1/24 Recently, @PacheduZW, which falsely claims to be wholly run by Zimbabweans, boasted that in 2021 it "SPENT THE ENTIRE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY" demonising me.

The boast was in a hateful response to the 'Apology letter' to ZanuPF members!

2/24 Since its launch just before the 2018 general election, @PacheduZW has routinely claimed that it is a wholly Zimbabwean entity, formed and run by CITIZENS; some domiciled in and others outside the country.

But this claim is false, in dangerous ways!

3/24 A week before the 2018 general election, @PacheduZW introduced its 11 team members, all presented as "patriotic" Zimbabweans; six based outside the country and five supposedly based in Zimbabwe but "chose to remain anonymous for fear of reprisals"!

4/24 Of the six named @PacheduZW members based outside Zimbabwe, three are white and three black; and all were presented as Zimbabweans.

While Topper Whitehead, notorious for his regime-change antics in Zim, is the most famous among the named; the 'most dangerous' is @wesbeal!

5/24 .@wesbeal is the 'most dangerous', in national security terms, because:
*He's not Zimbabwean, he's American
*He's a co-(in fact key) founder of @PacheduZW
*He's an Obamarite, active in US govt circles
*He works for NGP VAN Inc, a leading US database Co for voting & politics!

6/24 Since he is not a Zimbabwean but an American; and given his work as a database developer at NGP VAN, Inc in the US; specialised in designing and managing systems for voters rolls, voting and politics, @wesbeal's CV shows the damage he can do to Zim!

7/24.@wesbeal came to Zim in 2005 to join his wife - Joy Wrolson - who was at @UniversityOfZim from 2004-05 to research "panic theatre" in Zim, based on that year's 'Operation Murambatsvina'; for her doctorate which she got on 18 May 2009, also the day she and Beal got married!

8/24 Joy Wrolson - whose Murambatsvina-focussed PhD dissertation was on, "Reinventing Memory and Reforming Performances: A Genealogy of Panic Theatre in Zimbabwe" - has a vast network of contacts among Zimbabweans; from which @wesbeal apparently draws!

9/24 Given the electoral focus of @PacheduZW on @ZECzim, there is no one else among its team members who has the technical expertise, experience, institutional base and high level contacts in the #USGovt and its funding community that match @wesbeal's CV!

10/24 .@wesbeal the American; is @PacheduZW's lynchpin. In 2018 he boasted that:

"Pachedu is not, never has been a "traditional" analysis group. We are a handful of volunteers who knew from the beginning we were BIASED".

So, Pachedu is biased by design!

11/24 What then to make of the Zimbabweans who are part of #TeamPachedu?

Their CVs speak for themselves. Nothing to write home about.

Gven what @PacheduZW does, the Zimbabweans in it are runners and mouthpieces; in effect, they are Uncle Toms and Running Dogs of Imperialism!

12/24 In 2021, @wesbeal appeared to have retired from @PacheduZW. In Feb 2022, he confirmed he had not retired, but was on "sabbatical". In July he explained not only his sabbatical but of @Pachedu itself by disclosing that they were off Twitter, busy unravelling the voters roll!

13/24 Tellingly, @PacheduZW team took a"winter sabbatical" to join @wesbeal, who was already on sabbatical: Beal's sabbatical ended on 14 Aug 2022 - from 2021 - the rest ended theirs on 15 Aug 2022, having started on 13 May 2022; after Pachedu's failed 9 May #ShutDownZimbabwe!

14/24 Based on the thrust of their own messages, it's clear that @PacheduZW and @wesbeal - the key co-founder of Pachedu - who is an American with high level #USGovt contacts - spent their sabbaticals plotting to ferment "CIVIL RESISTANCE" in Zimbabwe ahead of the 2023 elections!

15/24 To be clear, it is legal for Zimbabweans to engage in peaceful demonstrations and present petitions; in terms of s59 of the Constitution.

But are such demonstrations synonymous with "CIVIL RESISTANCE" being fanned by @PacheduZW, a shadowy outfit led by an American citizen?

16/24 Notably, @PacheduZW's push for "RESISTANCE" started with the "ShutDownZimbabwe" campaign meant for 9 May 2022; when it badly failed, @PacheduZW took a "winter sabbatical" four days later, on 13 May 2022; only to return on 15 Aug 2022.

There is an untold story about this!

17/24 There is no law in Zimbabwe in any Act of Parliament or in the Constitution which legalises "RESISTANCE" by citizens, the law legalises demonstrations.

"Demonstration" and "Resistance" are not synonyms. In fact, by definition, resistance is necessarily a form of force!

18/24 Given that @PacheduZW is targeting state institutions in general - and @ZECzim in particular - to incite a nationwide RESISTANCE campaign, it should be recalled that at its formation in 2018 - to signal its regime change agenda - #Pachedu adopted #ZEC colours onto its logo!

19/24 In a twist this month, that proves @PacheduZW's malafides towards @ZECzim - the regime change outfit co-founded & led by an American citizen (@wesbeal) who has high level contacts in the #USGovt - illegally incorporated #ZEC acronym with its colours, onto the #Pachedu logo!

20/24 Quite clearly the crude abuse of @ZECzim's logo by @PacheduZW shows that the Americans behind this shadowy outfit - with their Zimbabwean Uncle Toms and running dogs of imperialism - are up to no good.

The impersonation of #ZEC's logo is a delinquent & crude Yankee antic!

21/24 It is one thing for Zimbabweans to call for the reform of @ZECzim to get a reformed #ZEC to adopt & implement electoral reforms to ensure free, fair & credible elections; and quite another thing for US citizens like @wesbeal to target #ZEC to incite RESISTANCE in Zimbabwe!

22/24 While targeting @ZECzim to incite RESISTANCE, @PacheduZW has been gaslighting @JSCZim, linking its website with one Kudzanai; @JSCZim pushed back & Pachedu went speculative:

"Kudzanai was LIKELY linked to JSC as far back as 2019".

"Likely", so what is all the fuss about?

23/24 It is clear that @wesbeal's @PacheduZW has targeted, for now, @ZECzim and @JSCZim to gaslight them to incite a revolt, which @PacheduZW calls "CIVIL RESISTANCE".

As shown earlier, "RESISTANCE" is a form of force; a violent action which is therefore unconstitutional!

24/24 So, @PacheduZW is @wesbeal, its key founder and an American who says "#Pachedu is not, never has been a "traditional" analysis group...from the beginning we were BIASED".

A self-confessed "BIASED" group led by a #US citizen, and bent on fermenting RESISTANCE is dangerous!
