Just 1 in 4 Senior decision-makers say their org has open/supportive climate
21% staff received no support
1 in 4 staff considered leaving job
Only half felt able to disclose /1
Framework for support:
- Challenge taboo and raise awareness
- Open, inclusive & supportive culture
- Leave & absense (compassion and flexibility)
- Line managers (empathy and practical help) /2
