Let's start talking about the timeline:

The original date was 31.10, but @maariabajwa proposed a new AIP, which contains the staking contract bug bounty. This took us last two weeks.

After that @CodeIsLight proposed optimization of gas using the contract - to save more than 20% of gas fees over 3 years.

This caused another short delay, which should take another week to deliver and re-audit the contract.
