Explain why Dior would price J'adore 30 times more than jasmine oil, its key ingredient?

Because you the customer decides demand. Because you the customer will pay pittance to the Tamilian flower lady but pay 30 times the cost of jasmine oil to french Christian Dior. Image
Then after ensuring that Dior is rich due to your choices , you will study hard at institutions subsidized by Indian tax payers and get a job in Dior to yourself get exploited for cost arbitrage favoring Dior.

The Coffee farmer in South america and Africa gets Eur4/kg and exported beans after being roasted in Eurpope is sold at EUR 30/kg. More than 7 times the cost. All the margins go into Swiss pockets. Why Roasting Coffee in India does not make it as expensive?
Jasmine oil from India is $5500 per kilo.
J'adore from Dior France is $148,000 per kilo.
If you apply Jasmine essential oil from India without Dior branding, you can enjoy same perfume for $5.
SO, THE BIGGER QUESTION IS : WHY IS J'ADORE SO EXPENSIVE?
This is due to marketing costs and brand name prestige. Immense corporate greed by western companies is the only reason to justify the massive, excessive mark-up (7 to 30 times in some cases).

Is greed any justification to do business like this?

It's highly adharmic.

Nudity is not shocking in Europe anymore. There was a time Europeans were too shocked to see the Indian saree and forced Victorian blouses on indian women. Today , they have ditched their prudishness and topless beaches and spas everywhere in Europe.

While Indians cover up.
Americans are so shocked on seeing topless women in europe. Exactly how Arabs and Europeans felt on reaching India.

In the 1800s most women were topless in India. In Kerala, most women had lightly covered clothes on top.

Use kalamkari scarves instead of gift wrapping paper and use #furoshiki

It is more #sustainable and creates less #waste
ReUse badly torn printed sarees (that are no longer wearabl) by ✂️ cutting them into squares and rectangles to be later used for gift wrapping.
