At 801 First Ave, as others stream in, UN Security told me, You are banned.
I asked, On what basis?
Guard: The decision will not be changed.
I am still in front of 801 1st Av. I have emailed, explaining this to @KubiakPG and @MelissaFleming and requesting action / explanation
The UN email I reveived said pick up Special Event Pass from 9 to 10, for 10 am #UNGA event. I've been here, at front on line, since 9: 25 am
I have been informed that I am on a UN banned list (that I have never been shown) - AND that UN Security says there is an appeals process (that I have never been informed of), "write to Investigations Unit." I have been told I will receive the address. It is 10:22

Judge is writing changes into the financial agreement, for Truglia to initial. Defense proposes therapy twice a week, to "learn the emotional impact his action have on other." And "work therapy" at Good Will. Says, "Nick does not need money."
Truglia has a croaking voice. Says, I'd never steal face to face... I have turned my distance from the public into a chance for self-reflection.

While waiting for Judge Buchwald, it's worth noting she recently sentenced UN rapist Elkorany. Today's UN is irredeemably corrupt.

Chet Stojanovich says his feet and tongue get numb.
He's found competent to plead guilty to wire fraud - getting crypto for illusory crypto mining (which judge defines). Max term of 20 years - but plea agreement to be unveiled soon, watch this feed
Plea agreement is dated Nov 22, 6 pages, signed on Nov 28. The agreed sentencing guideline is 41 to 51 months. He says he led clients to believe he had crypto mining computers that he didn't have, and kept their money / crypto. Guilty plea accepted

But wait there's more - now Flynn's lawyer says he wants compensation information about CNN to see if there's an incentive to maliciously make things up. Again, will not be decided today.
Jack Flynn's Charlottesville-based lawyer says he'll run search terms on his computer, including searching 4chan- CNN's lawyer is demanding more.

Dupuis' lawyer: He was high at the time, doing 100s of dollars of drugs a day. That impacts his culpability. He sold to the cooperator in this case. He sold fentanyl and ketamine.
