Even the companies with his name on them are felons. Convicted of tax fraud. In New York. But not the top guy. While he still remains under investigation by the Manhattan DA, Donald is a free man.

The companies face criminal penalties of up to $1.6 million. The trial judge, Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan, said after the verdict that the companies would be sentenced on January 13.
No doubt NY AG Tish James is looking at today’s verdict in light of her office’s civil case which could possibly, maybe, even put Trump Org out of business in NY. That’s why Donald set up Trump Org 2.0 in Delaware.
