2/ The Canadian Society for the Advancement of Science in Public Policy (CSASPP) aka SueBonnie[dot]ca is led by 911 Truther Kip Warner. He thinks a cabal of bankers, likely the Rothschilds, are responsible for 9/11. (Jews. He's talking about Jews. This is straight anti-Semitism.)

3/ CSASPP filed Notice of Civil Claim on January 26, 2021 against Dr. Bonnie Henry and the Province of BC. They claim the province did not meet conditions to declare a state of emergency under the Emergency Program Act, there was no emergency, and everything was a lie.

4/ Proof of the lie includes this statement: between Jan 1, 2020 and Mar 31, 2020, there were only 3 COVID deaths in BC. WHO didn't declare a pandemic until March 11, 2020. DBH declared a public health emergency on Mar 17, 2020 & BC declared a state of emergency on Mar 18, 2020.

5/ The Notice of Civil Claim is a mess of COVID disinformation: COVID is just influenza, PCR testing is wrong & positive results are mostly false positives, the province told doctors not to promote "alternative therapies," etc. You can read it all at scribd.com/document/49223….

19/ Jan 14, 2022: Kip asked the court to allow them to stream court proceedings. CSASPP has consistently used this lawsuit as rallying point against DBH & COVID mandates in general. They view the lawsuit as payback, an opportunity to seek justice and wake up the normies.

21/ The medical subclass is odd. It's terrible that govts still haven't fixed access to care. However, the amendments read as if care was delayed or denied as a result of vaccine passport/mask requirements & other COVID-related public health orders rather than a system in chaos.

24/ Epoch Times is a far-right disinformation front that promotes QAnon (see: theatlantic.com/politics/archi…). Western Standard is a far-right news org co-founded by Ezra Levant of Rebel News. They cheer on the anti-LGBTQ2S+ Libs of Tiktok & worry about racism against white people.

25/ Oct 26, 2022: CSASPP filed an application seeking an order to webcast & archive certification hearings in December 2022. It included affidavits from several people, incl. Richard Thomas. He's part of Victory Canada & CSASPP. He also wrote How to Defeat the New World Order.

26/ At a Convoy/Freedom rally in Vancouver on Oct 23, Rick Thomas said: "Bonnie Hitler...Bonnie's big fat matronly ass has to be on the stand for 7 hours...yeah put that big bum on the barbecue grill."

27/ Rick Thomas also organized the Trudeau Must Go rally in Vancouver on December 10. That rally saw someone in blackface lead the crowd in chanting "Hang Trudeau."

31 / Kip celebrated by making a Dec 2, 2022 post to the CSASPP site, stating: "[Digital rights management] is a highly controversial subject area. Like women's reproductive rights, taxation, immigration, or foreign policy, it has a history of inciting heated debates." BRUH.

32/ Dec 12, 2022: It's unclear where the webcast will be available. In a post on the CSASPP website, Kip states that CSASPP wants to host it on their Youtube channel but that is not yet approved. They have a different story on Telegram.

33/ Of course there is merit in judicial review of pandemic-related actions, but let's be real about what this particular case is: an antivaxxer & extremist attempt to legitimize the disinformation they spawned after festering in far-right & nationalist holes on the internet.

34/ How can people who LITERALLY want to harm anyone who opposes their radicalization and lies put on a show and claim that they should represent the people of this province? Most BCers are vaccinated. Most BCers did their part. The Fringe Minority really is a minority.

35/ People who go to insane rallies to cheer about hanging PM Trudeau & murdering Dr. Henry while they repeat neo-Nazi talking points do not represent BC. The far right does not represent BC. Hate does not represent BC. We move forward, together ✊💚
