۱) توماج در حال حضار در زندان دستگرد، منتظر حکم شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب در اصفهان است. حالا این به قاضی به نام «براتی» مربوط است که آیا توماج حکم اعدام می‌گیرد یا نه.

۲) «محمد حسن بخشی» بازپرس و دادستان «موسویان» فعلا اتهام‌ها را مطرح کرده‌اند و انتظار می‌رود حکم توماج در روزهای بعدی اعلام شود.
۳) با این حال دادگاه وکیل انتخابی توماج و خوانواده‌اش «امیر رئیسیان» را، نمی‌پذیرد. این وکیل هیچ دستری به پرونده و موکلش ندارد.

۴) این مساله «دولت قانون» بودن ادعایی جمهوری اسلامی را زیر سوال می‌برد. من مطالبه می‌کنم که امیر رئیسان اجازه داشته باشد با توماج صحبت کند و به فرایند قضایی دسترسی پیدا کند.

۵) من این مطالب را برای سفیر ایران، دفتر داداگاه عالی کشور ایران در اروپا، نماینده ویژه حقوق بشر اروپا، کمیساریای حقوق بشر اروپا و بالاترین مقام کمیساریای حقوق بشر نوشتم.
۶) همینطور در رابطه با نگرانی اصلی من در مورد سلامت توماج و همینطور مطالبه من که او باید به سرعت به بیمارستان رفته و از مراقبت پزشکی برخوردار شود نوشتم.

Ermittler Mohammad Hossein Bakhshi und Staatsanwalt Mousavian haben schon ihr Votum zu den Anklagepunkten abgegeben. Das Urteil für Toomaj wird in den nächsten Tagen erwartet. /2
Noch immer akzeptiert das Gericht nicht den von Toomaj und seiner Familie ausgesuchten Anwalt @amirreiis. Er bekommt keinen Zugang zu den Akten oder zu seinem Mandanten. /3

#MajidrezaRahnvard wurde am 17. November verhaftet. Am 29. November - 12 Tage später - wurde er zum Tode verurteilt. Ohne eigenen Rechtsbeistand. Heute - 13 Tage nach dem Urteil - wurde er öffentlich hingerichtet. Das ist KEIN rechtsmäßiges Verfahren. #StopExecutioninIran 1/4
#MohsenShekhari wurde am 25. September verhaftet. Am 29. November - 65 Tage später - wurde er zum Tode verurteilt. Am 8. Dezember - 13 Tage nach dem Urteil - wurde er hingerichtet. Das hat mit Menschenrechten und Rechtsstaatlichkeit gar nichts zu tun. #StopExecutioninIran 2/4
Vielleicht können wir nicht jede Hinrichtung verhindern und jedes Leben retten. Aber das IR Regime soll wissen: wir gucken ganz genau hin. Wir kriegen jedes Verbrechen gegen Menschenrechte mit und wir werden die Verantwortlichen zur Rechenschaft ziehen. #StopExecutioninIran 3/4

Dearest Iranian friends ❤️ thank you so much for your heartwarming messages. Since there are so many of them it is impossible to react to everyone of them. Please don't think that we don't read them or don't care for them. We do. I will try to answer some of the questions. ⬇️
As political sponsors we use our status as German MPs to put pressure on the IR regime. We take on the responsibility for one or more prisoners. We keep track on any news of them. We ask our own government to fight for their release. /1
We demand that the IR regime stop their inhuman actions against their own citizens. We demand the release of "our" prisoners. It's not a one-time-action. We follow up regularly to raise the pressure. We raise awareness by talking to the media and posting online. /2

Ich möchte Euch drei Menschen vorstellen, denen diese drei Rechte verwehrt werden:

Von Toomaj Salehi habe ich Euch bereits erzählt. Ihm droht die Todesstrafe im Iran. Sein einziges "Verbrechen": seine Solidarität mit den Protestierenden gegen das Regime. 2/6
Yuliya Labunova wurde in Belarus wegen „Hooliganismus“ verurteilt. Ihr „Hooliganismus“ bestand in der Aufführung einer Performance mit zwei weiteren Personen, die inzwischen ebenfalls verhaftet worden sind. Yuliya befindet sich bereits seit September 2021 in Haft. 3/6
