There seems to be a lot of rumors about the #EUTerrorlist and what's going to happen next week. Here some explanation:
❌️ The terrorlist is NOT a list of the @EUParl_EN.
✅️ The list is made by the @EUCouncil - consisting of ministers of each EU country. #IRGCterrorists /1 ❌️ There will be NO vote on terrorlisting the #IRGC next week in #Strasbourg.
✅️ The @EUParl_EN will vote on a resolution on #IranRevoIution - probably calling for #IRGCterrorists.
❌️ There is NO vote on Monday.
✅️ The resolution is on the agenda for THURSDAY. /2

"#DearToomaj..." I wrote to #ToomajSalehi in prison. To raise the chances, I sent 4 letters to Dastgerd-Prison and 1 to @IraninBerlin demanding a response from Toomaj. Rule of law means prisoners are allowed to receive and write letters. Let's see how it is in IRI. ⬇️ #DearToomaj... We should blame those who deny prisoners access to their lawyers. Who make lawyers run around for months to deny them the court papers. Who deny prisoners the rule of law. Who pressure families with fear and terror. Who don't answer #HowHealthyIsToomajReally. /2 ⬇️

UPDATE: #ToomajSalehi is in Dastgerd prison. Here he is waiting for the verdict of the 1st division of the Revolutionary Court of Isfahan. It is now up to Judge #Barati whether Toomaj will be sentenced to death or not. /1 #StopExecutionsInIran Investigator Mohammad Hossein Bakhshi and prosecutor Mousavian have already cast their vote on the charges. The verdict for Toomaj is expected in the next few days. /2

۱) توماج در حال حضار در زندان دستگرد، منتظر حکم شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب در اصفهان است. حالا این به قاضی به نام «براتی» مربوط است که آیا توماج حکم اعدام می‌گیرد یا نه.

Das Urteil für Toomaj wird in den nächsten Tagen erwartet. /2

#MajidrezaRahnvard wurde am 17. November verhaftet. Am 29. November - 12 Tage später - wurde er zum Tode verurteilt. Ohne eigenen Rechtsbeistand. Heute - 13 Tage nach dem Urteil - wurde er öffentlich hingerichtet. Das ist KEIN rechtsmäßiges Verfahren. #StopExecutioninIran 1/4

#MohsenShekhari wurde am 25. September verhaftet. Am 29. November - 65 Tage später - wurde er zum Tode verurteilt. Am 8. Dezember - 13 Tage nach dem Urteil - wurde er hingerichtet. Das hat mit Menschenrechten und Rechtsstaatlichkeit gar nichts zu tun. #StopExecutioninIran 2/4
