THREAD 🧵 🪡 : An Olive Branch Moment on the Brink of Civil War: A Historical Perspective In Regards to Brunson v. Adams.
As we consider the case of Raland J Brunson v. Alma S Adams, et, al., Petition for a Writ of Certiorari, which is set to go into conference at the Supreme Court of the United States on January 6, 2023, we will often hear derision and scorn from all sides in our beloved Republic.
Some say the case lacks merit.
Others say the Supreme Court lacks clarity.
Many say that the simple act of a citizen writing a letter, in support of the lawsuit, is a complete waste of time.
Never mind the irony in their words as they type their callous mockery into the void known as social media.
Nevertheless, their arguments have some validity, and it would be easy to relinquish all hope for a Constitutional solution to the National Security Crisis in which we currently find ourselves embroiled.
In some twisted form of solidarity, I too suggest that America relinquish our hope; for there is no hope of restoration in an already fallen Republic.
One cannot have hope that the usurping, totalitarian powers of globalism and corporate greed can be simply washed away with the stroke of a pen; nor can there be any justice found in the spilling of blood through a great civil war.
We the People are in a hopeless situation.
Many consider the American Revolution to have begun in 1763, after the British Empire defeated France in the French and Indian War.
In order to cover the expenses incurred, Parliament decreed new taxes on the 13 colonies.
The Sugar Act in 1774 was followed by the Stamp Act in 1765. Tensions increased dramatically as colonists bucked the systems of control and extortion being yoked upon them by the Crown.
The Townshend Acts in 1767 suspended public assembly in an effort to crack down on the deplorable resistors, but as the weight of the Empire increased, so too did the resilience of the blossoming spirit of American independence.
In 1770, the Boston Massacre occurred. To this day there is debate over who exactly started it. Some even suggest that it was a false flag — perpetrated by seditious American rebels who were hellbent on sparking a revolutionary war.
Regardless, no war would quickly follow, and things stayed relatively quiet for the next three years — until the global corporations got involved.
In 1773, the British East India Tea Company had a want, and the Empire enacted a solution. The Tea Act of that year gave preferential export rights to the company; lowering their costs, and allowing for what they hoped would be an unnoticed taxation on the colonies.
In December 1773, it’s generally understood and agreed upon that certain Bostonians took severe exception to the trick. Likely quite inebriated, they dressed up in Mohawk regalia, and proceeded to riot while dumping tea into Boston harbor.
Undoubtedly, there were likely many who hated tea taxes, but still considered the rioters to be a bunch of stupid assholes.
The Empire, on the other hand, had no reservations as to how it responded to the rebellious American colonists. Without a single reflective thought, Boston Harbor was completely shut down and Massachusetts’ charter was revoked.
The Administration of Justice Act ensured a two-tier legal system which separated Royal Officials from being tried by American juries, and the Quartering Act allowed British soldiers to legally occupy the homes and businesses of private citizens.
These excessively punitive actions only quickened colonial contempt for the Crown, along with any efforts to preserve their rule through law.
By 1775, in the face of the growing tyranny, war was seeming inevitable and legitimate rhetoric began to grow more violent. It was March of that year when the Virginian Patrick Henry stated: “Give me liberty, or give me Death.”
On July 5, 1775, the Second Continental Congress issued the Olive Branch Petition to King George III. With earnest hope that a bloody conflict could be averted diplomatically, the petition pleaded with the King to enact just solutions to colonial grievances.
As we near the second anniversary of the riot at the Capitol on January 6, 2021, I believe we citizens of this revolutionary republic have once again found ourselves facing an Olive Branch moment.
Writing a simple letter that signs our name to the Brunson Petition is an act of good faith, in a time of great distress. We mustn’t be so hasty to throw away these judicious bonds which have so long sustained our American spirit of rugged individualism.
Although we all value independence, it can only together, with our brothers and sisters, that we have any hope for preserving the freedoms we’ve grown so accustomed to — those same freedoms that we are losing with each act of divisive hyperbole.
The global corporations have only become more powerful in the last 250 years. We are still ruled by the same families who have no care as to whether we live or die. In fact, the Great Reset adherents are quite clear about their agenda: They mean to exterminate humanity.
To that end, they see no problem with inciting an unprecedented civil war in America. They want us to hate each other. They want us to kill. They want us to do their job for them.
They do not care who sits in the Oval Office, and they do not care if we know they’ve usurped and/or influenced our elections.
They want us to succumb to their campaign of fear and anger.
Brunson’s Petition represents a chance for us to renew our trust in the U.S. Constitution. Such a beautifully conceived document deserves at least one more chance.
Let us pray that the Supreme Court of the United States’ response to Brunson’s Petition is much more reasoned than King George’s Proclamation, For suppressing Rebellion and Sedition.
This is our Olive Branch Moment.

Standard apologies for any typos. I very much look forward to the day when all my writing is done with lamplight and a pen.
In other words, I lowkey hate these stupid smart phones.

URGENT THREAD:
As some of you are aware, 387 members of Congress along with VP Mike Pence voted against a proposed investigation into allegations of fraud in the 2020 Presidential Election.
On March 23, 2021, brothers Loy and Raland Brunson filed a lawsuit against those members of Congress, wherein they alleged that in voting against the investigation, they violated their sworn oaths.
Throughout the many months since, the Brunson brothers worked their lawsuit through the courts. Against all odds, that very lawsuit is now scheduled for conference at the Supreme Court on January 6, 2023.

Just a friendly reminder that @YouTube @Google is working overtime to destroy evidence and prevent the public from understanding the truth of January 6, 2021. RIP OG ACTJ. @Abrown_American @nickwaye @loustarski @Furey92425422 @elonmusk @mtaibbi @laralogan @FaranBalanced
Interestingly enough, this happens on the heels of this:
Which begs the question: Is the Publisher of Yellow Scene Magazine actively reporting ACTJ content in the hopes of erasing her June/July 2020 association with TMI LLC assets?

12/12/20 11:22PM. I turn over my stream so I can give my arm a break. A group of Proud Boys stomp a Black Lives Matter banner.
12/12/20 12:34PM. As the canned rum and cola works it’s way through my middle aged body, I once again come to terms with the reality of street urination and the raw chaffing of my overweight thighs. More beer will be necessary in order to stay alive at this point.
12/12/20 11:45PM. Back at Hotel Harrington, the beer is flowing freely. I take a breather and sit to converse with my audience about the inherent idiocy of free range journalism.

At the request of @stephenehorn who is working on a #J6 documentary, I started sifting through my footage of protests in the wake of the #2020election . Most of it was public before the DOJ seized my social media. I’ll be posting clips in this thread for those who are interested.

11/14/20 10:25AM. As people began to funnel into Freedom Plaza, Vladimir and I decided we should probably have a bite to eat in front of the Federal Reserve. I miss that pink skull bandana btw...I stole it from my moon. It was lost later. She has yet to forgive me. Image
