Amendments are asking for more data collecting to monitor and report on the impact of #GRRBill
Duncan-Glancy: Would want data on prisons but accepts could identify an individ.
Scrutiny of reasons for denying a GRC.

Greene states has been difficult to get data on reasons for denying GRC.
Robison - gives commitment to collect data where it's outwith their remit. Thinks amd. 124/125 "disproportionate" (report every 6m instead of 1yr). Provisions with Duncan-Glancy's amds. #GRRBill

Hamilton (Con): "Understanding the impact of new legislation is a vital part... these amendments represent opportunity to commit to that action [review]"

Asks how robison knows how many GRCs there will be and what impact they will have. #GRRBill

Robison: "Based the numbers of 250-300 applications per year on the Irish system which we consider to be very similar to our own.

Hamilton: "Every jurisdiction has a different system and it's not exactly the same as this system.. unfair to pick as one example." #GRRBill
