#BREAKING@CBP reports 233,740 migrants were encountered along the southern border in November alone-- 2,466 more than October. These are the highest numbers reported for November on record.
Agents tell me they felt busy in November last year w/174,845 migrants encountered.
Of the 233,740 encounters—13,150 were unaccompanied minors— Compared to 12,024 in October.
66,984 migrants were expelled under #Title42 — There were more expulsions in October with fewer encounters according to @CBP
Title 42 is still in limbo and may end December 27th.
When you factor in the coastal sectors like Florida which is seeing a massive influx in Cuban migrants— 283,189 encounters were reported across the entire border in the month of November — vs— 233,740 for the southern border.
That’s a difference of 49,449 migrant encounters.
Looking at the #fentanyl seizures— @CBP reports a 53% increase.
