President Biden has signed legislation that could confirm the existence of extraterrestrial life.

The legislation provides enhanced authorities and resources for the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) to investigate unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) and assess capabilities and intent.
It also mandates a review of intelligence documents involving UAP from 1945 to the present and requires the identification of any non-disclosure agreements related to UAP.
The legislation also provides a secure process for those with government secrecy agreements related to UAP to come forward without fear of retribution. The historical intelligence document review and review of government secrecy agreements are expected to be completed within
18 months. Credible individuals have already provided Congress with information alleging that the US government has recovered extraterrestrial technology.

The increase can be attributed to increased acceptance among consumers and businesses, as well as increased investor interest. Blockchain gaming and non-fungible tokens (NFTs) have played a significant role in the growth of the dApp industry, accounting for 49% of all dApp
activity and seeing a 33% increase in daily dUAW, respectively. However, the trading volume for NFTs only increased by 0.41% compared to the previous year. Despite a 73% drop in total value locked, the decentralized finance (DeFi) sector saw a 2% increase in daily dUAW.
