2023 is right around the corner and it's time for people to make New Year's Resolutions.

But then forget about them.
More than 35% of the population that makes New year's resolutions keep them, but for a while.

This happens because they often get overwhelmed with their own choices.

So here we have 6 doable suggestions you can pick from to form a new positive habit.

1. Start Journalling.

Studies have proven that by writing down your thoughts you can declutter your brain and sort through your stressful thoughts and only spend your energy and time on the actions that require them.
You can start keeping a journal by your bedside and practice journaling as a bedtime routine.
2. Reading a book every day: Reading one book a month

Reading can get you more creative and expand your horizons while increasing your mindfulness.

And it's simple to form a reading habit.
If you can read 30 pages in one hour daily, you can read 300 pages in 10 days.

That is one book, making it three books a month, 36 a year.
3. Working out 4 days a week

It’s only 4 days, you are getting three days off.

Working out will build your health, enabling you to work and succeed.
Working out in the morning is what most successful people do to start their day positively.

And three days off will give your body ample rest.
4. Meditating

Following a planned meditation routine can take your stress away and build your concentration and focus.

You can add meditation to your morning routine and do it after you are done hitting the gym or swimming through your pool.

More positivity to add to your day.
5. Learn to play an instrument.

Playing an instrument engages your whole nervous system.

Studies have found that playing an instrument is a total workout for your brain, building lifelong benefits like increased memory and other cognitive functions.
P.S : You can also show it off to your crush, while that is something you should quit this year.

6. Start a side hustle.

Now it can be something minimal. It can be something you have always wanted to do.

It doesn’t have to pay you very well, but if you can assure small returns, it can turn tremendous afterwards.

So start small in 2023 and build it big.
