Evidence is mounting that Sam Bankman-Fried's #FTX completely co-opted the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission - a situation that may be ongoing and include SEC Chair Gary Gensler. Was the CFTC a subsidiary of FTX?
FTX GOVT SUBSIDIARY 🧵2/
#SBF hired Ryne Miller (@_Ryne_Miller) the former Legal Counsel to US Commodity Futures Trading Commission Chairman Gary Gensler to serve as FTX's General Counsel - the former government regulator is still with #FTX. (Picture is an #NFT of Ryne)
FTX GOVT SUBSIDIARY 🧵3/
#SBF hired Mark Wetjen (@markwetjen) the former Chairman and Commissioner of US Commodity Futures Trading Commission to serve as FTX's Head of Policy and Regulatory Strategy - he is still a director at LedgerX, an FTX subsidiary.
FTX GOVT SUBSIDIARY 🧵4/
In 2021 Wetjen emailed #CFTC chair Rostin Benham concerning an urgent matter about LedgerX. The next day #GaryGensler meets with Wetjen and 3 days after that it is announced #FTX will acquire #LedgerX. h/t @NerdNationUnbox

#SBF then hired former CFTC Commissioner Jill E. Sommers to lead the Former CFTC Commissioner Jill Sommers joins FTX US Derivatives Board.
Jill and the FTX Board wrote the controversial Digital Commodities Consumer Protection Act (DCCPA) bill that was presented by FTX-funded Senators Stabenow (D) and Boozman (R). Here is a leaked copy: github.com/LeXpunK-Army/C…
FTX GOVT SUBSIDIARY 🧵7/
The FTX-proposed DCCPA legislation put the regulation of crypto in the hands of the CFTC and not the SEC. Suddenly it is clear why Sam Bankman-Fried hired half of the CFTC to work for FTX.
FTX GOVT SUBSIDIARY 🧵8/
The CFTC had an open-door policy when it came to FTX - they could meet with whomever, whenever they wished. That access allowed them to draft the DCCPA legislation to exclusively benefit FTX.
The CFTC applied maximum pressure on Sam Bankman-Fried to put the company into bankruptcy and into the control of former CFTC officials, who could control the narrative and protect the commission from possible fallout.
FTX GOVT SUBSIDIARY 🧵10/
When former CFTC officials at FTX learned that Sam Bankman-Fried planned to spill the beans about the relationship between the CFTC and FTX in his congressional testimony the DOJ hastily pressed charges against Sam requesting that he be arrested.
FTX GOVT SUBSIDIARY 🧵11/
Far too many hands in Washington DC are unclean when it comes to Sam Bankman-Fried. Sam's legislation written by Jill and the FTX US Derivatives Board was even introduced by Senators Stabenow (D) and Boozman (R) - both funded by Sam and FTX.

@jordanbpeterson has noticed a massive increase in online comments supportive of Nazi ideology. The incidents remind me of the massive increase in racist hate following the death of George Floyd.
HATE HOAXES 🧵2/
Political scientists estimate that hate crime hoaxes are more common than you think. One political scientist (@wil_da_beast630) who examined 346 alleged hate crimes found that only 1 in 3 were genuine. manhattan-institute.org/hate-crime-hoa…

Wilfred Reilly, an Associate Professor of Political Science at Kentucky State University, wrote the book on hate hoaxes titled, "Hate Crime Hoax: How the Left is Selling a Fake Race War." @wil_da_beast630 Worth a read: amzn.to/3PWkJDl
When I was in my 20s I raised millions from George Soros for my first technology startup. Soon after my Jewish friends told me he was a N*zi collaborator. Just the other day ChatGPT told me they were lying and I had been wrong about Soros for years.
George Soros N*zi 🧵2/10
If you ask #ChatGPT if George Soros cooperated with the N*zis the answer is a resounding NO! So what is the truth? Is ChatGPT right? Have I been wrong all of these years?
George Soros N*zi 🧵3/10
I decided to go back and listen to George Soros explain his experience in N*zi-occupied Hungary in his own words during an interview with @60Minutes:
Under @GovAbbott's leadership, TX has increased its electricity-generating capacity to the point where the state generates 2.76 times as much as CA. On a per capita basis, TX has about 4.01 kW capacity per person, while CA has about 1.45 kW per person.
TX Power 🧵2/11
Under @GovAbbott's leadership, TX has grown wind power generating capacity per person to 1.07 kW compared to CA's .21 kW per person (5X more).
TX generates 31,118 megawatts of wind power while CA generates only 8,183 megawatts.

But it is VITAL to realize that the actual power grid - called #ERCOT - is run by a board of 11 people selected by a committee of 3 people - one appointed by @GovAbbott, one by @DanPatrick, & one by @DadePhelan - the ERCOT board is now 100% independent.
LONG SHOT case headed to SCOTUS conference on Jan 6th, 2023 (ironically) that would throw out the results of the 2020 election and make legislators who certified the election ineligible for future office. supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/22/2…
BRUNSON v ADAMS 🧵2/
THE SHOCKING THING ABOUT THIS IS THAT ONE JUSTICE DECIDED HE WANTED HIS FELLOW JUSTICES TO CONSIDER HEARING THIS CASE. CRAZY!!!
BRUNSON v ADAMS 🧵2.5/
In fact, one Justice's clerk helped the plaintiff write a Rule 11 to circumvent the lower court that was stonewalling the case.
A fractal of Rube Goldberg machines is a hypothetical concept that involves creating a series of interconnected Rube Goldberg machines, with each machine functioning as a smaller version of the overall system.
Fractal Rube Goldberg 🧵2
Essentially, it would be a self-sustaining loop of complex machinery that achieves a simple task through a series of convoluted steps.
Fractal Rube Goldberg 🧵3
For example, imagine a Rube Goldberg machine that was designed to turn on a light bulb. This machine might include a series of pulleys, levers, and other mechanical devices that work together to ultimately flip the switch and turn on the light.
