Stein also sorely lacks Cooper's charisma

As much as I disliked Cooper as AG, he was always a talented politician (and then vastly exceeded my expectations in his first term as Governor)

I thought Sallie Mae had them, but it's just one private loan I took out to study for the bar exam in Summer 2012

macOS/iOS-using friends: at some point the default functionality for syncing music got changed. Now my phone tries to stream everything over cellular rather than downloading the files when I sync w/ my MBP.

This doesn't work well when driving through the countryside 😑

Any fix?
For context, I have one particular playlist for the phone

The sync window, under Music, is set to sync specific artists / playlists / etc

Then in the playlist window, that particular playlist is checked

But when the phone syncs, -0- music gets transferred
Instead, the phone is downloading files piecemeal while I drive 🤦‍♂️ They show up in the "Downloaded Music" section of the phone's Music app

Cash bail has already been abolished for federal detainees, where it is instead governed by the Bail Reform Act

SBF was required to:
➡️ surrender passport
➡️ wear ankle monitor
➡️ live with parents
➡️ not travel outside district
➡️ not spend $1K+ on anything w/o court approval
The Bail Reform Act *requires* the judge to grant pre-trial release unless they determine "no condition or combination of conditions will reasonably assure the appearance of the person as required" in court

Most states don't have those protections, which is why ppl die in Rikers
The relevant Bail Reform Act statute is 18 USC §3142
