Oliveira Sousa confessed to authorities that the bomb was part of a plan to "prevent the establishment of communism in Brazil" and to "start chaos".
Brazilian police have arrested a man on terrorism charges after planted explosives in a fuel truck close to the airport in Brasilia. The man, identified as George Washington de Oliveira Sousa, and he is a supporter of far- right outgoing President Jair Bolsonaro.
It was an effort to create "chaos" before President-elect Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva's inauguration on 1st Jan.
