Joe first got me hooked on HiiT (High-intensity interval training) training. He has a wide range of videos but i'd look back into his early stuff as it's 100% the best on his channel.
In my opinion Oliver is the king of true HiiT sessions. If you just want to focus on burning as many calories as possible in as little time as possible then this is the channel for you.
Dan is a beast! (and amazingly one of our CRO clients). If you want killer weighted workouts and to burn a ton of calories in a short timeframe using weights then there's no one better.
I'm labelling this one expert and with good reason, I mean look at the guy! Jordan is the master of anything bodyweight. He's the only one out of all of these channels that I truly struggle to keep up with.
For those of you with an indoor bike or spin bike this is the one! As you can tell by my feed i'm obsessed with this channel. New training every week and great bunch of people.
