Exciting news for researchers! 🤩 Our @zotero integration is now live, allowing you to import PDFs of research papers, conference proceedings, or preprints directly into your SciSpace library and use Copilot to get a deeper understanding. 📖 Image
To make importing even easier, we have enabled DOI number scanning so that any paper you import can be matched to a paper in our digital repository, ensuring you always have the most up-to-date information and no duplicate records in your library.
Some benefits of our new Zotero integration include easier analysis of papers, saved explanations from Copilot, the ability to conduct a literature search and reading in one platform, and the ability to save papers to your Zotero library.
To get started, simply create an account on SciSpace (if you don't already have one) and then go to My Library. Click on Import from Zotero and connect your accounts. From there, select the Zotero folders you want to upload and click Import.
We would love to hear your feedback on your experience to continue improving SciSpace as the best research platform possible. We can't wait to see what you can do with this new integration!

Let's learn more about Marie Tharp!

⚡️Marie Tharp was an American geologist and oceanographer. She helped map the ocean floor.

⚡️ The map led Tharp to realize that the ocean floor could help prove the scientific theory of continental drift and the idea that the continents are moving.
⚡️ In the late 1940s, Tharp began working as a research assistant at the @Lamont_Doherty at Columbia University, NY. This is where she met her fellow geologist Bruce Heezen, with whom she would work for the next 30 years.
