Red Light Therapy is the GOAT.

In this thread I’ll go into detail about:

- The KEY mechanism of Red Light Therapy.
- How you can incorporate Red Light Therapy into your life.
- Where to find the best Red Light Therapy devices.

🧵
Most of us have cells that only work at a <30% capacity due to sluggish mitochondria.

Red Light Therapy reawakens your cells by transferring photons of light energy from the 625-740 nm spectrum to your mitochondria.
Higher capacity cells = more energy for you.
Think of it in a simplistic manner.

Plants use photons of light energy to grow.

We can use them to regenerate and heal.

🌿🌺🌿
Red Light Therapy is the biotech that creates bionic humans.
Red Light Therapy permeates to the capillary level.

Red blood cells become super-charged!
The number one mechanism of Red Light Therapy is an increase in energy output (adenosine triphosphate) from the mitochondria.

Remember this if you remember anything.
The 3 Sequential Steps of Red Light Therapy’s key mechanism.

A detailed infographic for you!
Healing is best achieved with the lightest touch (no pun intended, haha).
Light = life.

More light = greater life force.
There are many ways you can incorporate Red Light Therapy into your life:

⁃ Your beauty routine.
⁃ Your meditation time.
⁃ If you already have a traditional sauna, you can take a panel inside!
⁃ Post workouts.
⁃ As part of your hair loss or growth stack.
The benefits of Red Light Therapy are endless.

Fundamentally, RLT works synergistically with the body to heal and regenerate.
The increased energy output happens in every cell, in every tissue and every organ.

Red Light Therapy is systemic.
Many devices to suit your needs.
I ❤️ Red Light Therapy.

How mycotoxins impact brain homeostasis.

With special interest in:

1) Glial cells.
2) Astrocytes.
3) Oligodendrocytes. Image
Many people might doubt you if you said mold permanently altered your brain - but it’s true.

Mycotoxins, which are as small as a virus (0.1 microns), can cross the blood-brain barrier and cause permanent damage to the brain.
These effects can lead to memory problems, difficulty learning, or even increased brain disease risk.

Repairing the brain after mold exposure is crucial to getting well again.

Those with Mold Illness and CIRS tend to have a lack of natural Thymosin Alpha 1 signalling due to thymic involution.

By ‘supplementing’ TA1 with endogenous Peptide Therapy, we reverse this aspect of diminishing return.

A short thread on Thymosin Alpha 1 peptide. Image
TA1 has been highly reviewed in PubMed and involved in multiple clinical trials.

The patented version of TA1 is known as Zadaxin (thymalfasin) and is manufactured by SciClone Pharmaceuticals.
TA1 is a naturally derived 28 amino acid thymic peptide that regulates and enhances immune function.

TA1 was discovered in 1997 by Goldstein et al.

Fortunately, TB4 was discovered in the same experiment.

Peptides and Bioregulators for Mold Illness and Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome.

The 24 slides I presented at the World Biohacker Summit, plus commentary! Image
An Introduction to Mold Illness and CIRS, outlining the actual pathology: a genetic defect.

Speculated from the Northern American population, it is estimated that 1/5 of people globally have this genetic susceptibility. Image
This DNA, specifically on chromosome 6, leads to extreme immunocompromisation to biotoxins like myocotixns (mold toxins).

I believe sodium butyrate is a Mold Illness and CIRS extraordinaire, especially when healing a moldy brain.

Why? Because of its far-reaching impact on all parts of the brain.

A short but informative thread (referenced). Image
Sodium butyrate has been clinically shown to:

1) Reach, enter and heal the blood-brain barrier, impacting the deep neurovascular units.

2) Reverse, halt and improve deficits in brain function.
3) Alter the vagus nerve to improve the gut-brain neural circuit, reducing fight-or-flight anxiety.

4) Regulate the colon of the gut and, therefore, positively influence the immune system and gut-brain axis.

1) The first and most important difference is that Peptides are injectables, and Bioregulators are oral capsules, so they are more like supplements.

Meaning you don't need a needle to use Bioregulators.
2) Both are well-organised amino acids, but Bioregulators are smaller than Peptides when it comes to chain length.

Bioregulators are between 2 and 4 amino acids long.

Whereas Peptides are between 4 and 50.
3) Peptides (typically) work on the cell receptor.

Whereas Bioregulators work on the DNA.

Bioregulator research won the Nobel Prize in 1996.

Bioregulators act as epigenetic switches.

Both organelles are involved in synthesising new proteins and their transport within the cell.

This is why it is essential to replenish the cell membrane with phospholipids.

Dr Patricia Kane has pioneered this technique.
Phospholipid Therapy done via:

1) IV drip (see our London clinic, Nûûtro).
2) Raw egg yolks.
3) Unadulterated soya or sunflower lecithin.

But you must reach an omega 6 to 3 oils ratio at 4:1.

To be honest, I just use BodyBio PC oil, developed by Dr Patricia Kane herself.
Dr Patricia Kane developed this product alongside her research for The Neurolipid Foundation.

Dr Kane is also a part of A4M. Image
