Rydyn ni wedi rhyddhau data newydd #Cyfrifiad2021 am bobl yng Nghymru a Lloegr sy'n defnyddio ail gyfeiriad.

Nododd 5.3% o'r boblogaeth eu bod wedi aros mewn ail gyfeiriad am fwy na 30 diwrnod y flwyddyn – cynnydd bach o gymharu â Chyfrifiad 2011 (5.2%) ow.ly/ttPY50MiV5V
Roedd canran ychydig yn is o breswylwyr arferol yng Nghymru yn defnyddio ail gyfeiriad (5.2%) o gymharu â Lloegr (5.4%).

Yng Nghymru, roedd canran fwy o breswylwyr arferol a oedd yn byw yng Nghaerdydd (10.5%) a Cheredigion (10.2%) yn defnyddio ail gyfeiriadau.
Roedd gan Gymru (4.5%) gyfran uwch na Lloegr (4.1%) o breswylwyr arferol a oedd yn defnyddio ail gyfeiriad yn y Deyrnas Unedig.

Yng Nghymru, Ceredigion (9.1%) oedd yr awdurdod lleol oedd â'r gyfran uchaf o bobl a oedd yn defnyddio ail gyfeiriad o fewn y Deyrnas Unedig.
Mae'n bwysig ystyried effeithiau #COVID19 wrth edrych ar y data hyn.

Er enghraifft efallai ei bod yn fwy tebygol bod myfyrwyr wedi byw yng nghyfeiriad eu rhieni neu warcheidwad drwy gydol y flwyddyn academaidd heb ddefnyddio ail gyfeiriad yn ystod y tymor ow.ly/ttPY50MiV5V
