A thought on retrograde planets:-
A retrograde planet is not an indication of “punishment”. It is a golden gift of nature to human beings. Only an immature astrologer, who does not understand properly, may take an adverse situation/ event as a “punishment”. Karmas do not give

reward or punishment. It is only a cycle of continuous chain of “Causes and Effects”. We normally get carried away according to our feelings and sentiments. A soul wants to live a life as per Karmik background and wants its evolution learning from various events of life.

The birth chart of a native is written by native himself before birth. Probably a retrograde planet carries with him the potential energy of past lives to help him in growth, development and higher evolution. Your chart shows your life’s lessons:

those you have already learned and integrated, and those you’ re still working on. You brought over the past life energy shown by the retrograde, to assist you in your soul growth in this lifetime.

The most important thing in karmic astrology is to use your chart as a map showing the way to inner peace and happiness, rather than to validate a negative view of yourself.
The astrologers believe that
(1) retrograde planets at birth time indicate those Karmik lessons which

one has brought to this life.
Or (2) the bhaav and sign where these planets get retrograde and give their results, indicate those fields of activity where these planets have latent extra-ordinary capabilities.
Or (3) the retrograde planets by developing our consciousness bring

changes on a large scale.
Or (4) the native with retrograde planets do not appear as they are. Their latent and full capabilities are not visible. Since the nature of retrograde planets is karmik, they indicate the effects of past lives.

Retrograde planets bring with them nature, knowledge, capabilities and skill from past lives. Their energies are sharper at the internal level. Retrograde planets give an opportunity to reconsider unbiased certain aspects which require a different approach or action for a
