Firstly, write down 3 things you're grateful for. This simple gesture of gratitude sets your day with positive vibes.
You need not overdo it, but small items such as family, health, coffee, a roof to sleep does the trick.
There are two main mindsets we can navigate life with: growth and fixed.
1. The Fixed Mindset
Everything can be influenced by how we perceive ourselves. If we have a fixed mindset, which is the belief that our attributes are unchanging, we would seek to repeatedly validate our beliefs rather than admitting our errors and growing.
