Had an interesting 1-1 conversation with @arvnd1806 yesterday.

Here's a glimpse of what we discussed ⏬

#bugbounty #infosec #cybersecurity
🔵Aravind and I established an easy connect at the very start and he started off with explaining his story to me, on where he graduated how he entered security and what is he doing right now.
🔵 Despite having a non-tech work, I was amazed to see Aravindh's keen interest towards security in particular and his desire to leave his current work to purse security as career.

The Power of Morning Journaling - A thread.

🧵👇

#growth #productivity
🔵 Incorporate morning journaling in your routine. This easy yet effective practice helps you to reflect on your thoughts and plan for the day ultimately leading to increased productivity and well-being.
🟢 But what do I write?

Firstly, write down 3 things you're grateful for. This simple gesture of gratitude sets your day with positive vibes.

You need not overdo it, but small items such as family, health, coffee, a roof to sleep does the trick.

1. The Fixed Mindset

Everything can be influenced by how we perceive ourselves. If we have a fixed mindset, which is the belief that our attributes are unchanging, we would seek to repeatedly validate our beliefs rather than admitting our errors and growing.

Resume building is an art but 97% of us do it wrong. We often use the words we shouldn't be and don't use the words we should.

To make your CV/Resume look more lucrative, checkout this thread below.
🍎 First Impression

A hiring manager only has less than 7.5 seconds to capture their interest after reading your resume.
❌ Avoid using "Responsible For"

Being held accountable is merely a situation. It's inadequate and general to say you were "responsible for [X]" when describing your skills and accomplishments.
