Over to the general events, compared to last week it was quiet today. The AFU will begin training in handling the Bradley IFV this month, said US Defense spokeswoman Cooper
"This new training program is about one battalion at a time. So, about 500 soldiers in a month,"
Italy is preparing a new package of military assistance to Ukraine which is currently at the stage of discussion with France about sending air defense systems of joint production. Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani spoke about this in an interview with Corriere della Sera.
Russia keeps bringing echelons of new military equipment. This time it's in Melitopol, a bunch of T-62M old trash tanks.
Russian MoD wants to make people believe they retaliated in Kramatorsk. “RF Armed Forces destroyed over 600 Ukrainian military men with missile strikes as a retaliatory operation for Makiivka”.
➡️In Pidhorodne, Russian forces came closer to the southern (2) and even closer to the N/NE outskirts (1). Fighting is reported there. Russian claims that they have already entered Pidhorodne are unconfirmed and premature.
➡️🇷🇺forces have somewhat improved their position near Ivanhrad (1).
➡️Most of Opytne is considered under 🇷🇺 control, although the road to Bakhmut is an open field and under fire control. 🇷🇺 can hardly move without being seen.
➡️Russia attacked near the Artwinery (2)
➡️Near Klishchiivka (2), Russia has increased it attacks. Their goal is to reach Ivanivske as soon as possible and envelope Bakhmut
➡️Russian sources claim that RU forces broke trough towards Dyliivka (1), but this is very unconfirmed/rumors.
➡️AFU regained control over the western entrance (1) and has pushed back Wagner forces south into the housing area's along the Plotka river. Confirmed from the ground.
➡️Russia is still trying to force a way in from the N/NE (2). No news.
➡️Reinforcements are coming.
➡️Humenyuk about the situation on the Kinburn Spit. According to the spokeswoman of "South", the situation is difficult. "The weather does not facilitate the easy completion of freeing it. Russian troops are still present there and don't stop attacking the right bank".
