On a serious note though.. any laws/rules that a petitioner wants must first be made to the Govt.. State or Central.. If he hasnt done that.. The Supreme Chooliyas should immediately dismiss the petition.. Its not SC's privilege to make rules/laws..

Because they know SC suffers from "Sympathetic Periods" and will admit and hear all moronic petitions...

I dont care about the award or the song... But Telugu is indisputably the SWEETEST Indian language.. followed by Gujarati... Both are not only sweet.. they are non-threatening.. Even abuse in Gujarati wont frighten anyone...
One of the most revered writers and poets of Hindu history, Thyagaraja .. wrote most of his works in Telugu.. celebrated more by non-Telugus...

Whatever Rakesh Tikait is.. or whoever backed him (including Dhaliwal now awarded by Modi)... you have to get adjusted to the fact that Tikait & his gang rubbed Modi's nose to gobar.. assaulted RedFort & asserted their Dadagiri to a coward.. Thats all..

A pathetic new low for @AmitShah.. Any criminal anywhere in the world would be shot dead in such a situation... Cops must be fully armed for assaults like this.. This one fortunately survived.. YOU HAVE PUT lives in danger of even cops..

Stun gun is mostly used for a badly behaved guy or a suspect who wants to wrestle without arms... A man drawing a knife or a gun at a cop should be shot dead instantly...
