THE POLICE WERE DENYING THE WOMAN THE ABILITY TO SIT DOWN EVEN THOUGH SHE CLEARLY HAS A WALKING STICK AND A VISION SUPPORT STICK UNTIL SHE GAVE ME PERMISSION TO RECORD
