I recently came across a POCSO case where 17 yrs 10 months old daughter accused her father and uncle of molestation. Defendants were jailed immediately, lost case in lower court .
Girl had a love affair that family objected to and she screwed them.

In fact some lawyers use those as routine strategy. It is alarming to see how much exisiting women and child safety laws are exploited. So before forced sex with a spouse is criminalised, a lot of checks and balances need to be put in place.

In IPC, Only woman can be rape victim! And only a male can be sexual assaulter/abuser .
Before adding more laws, exisiting Rape laws must first be reformed first to be gender neutral, and to reflect 21st century India.

If a persistent man can be criminalised for not staying away, then shouldn't there be similar legal recourse for denial of his conjugal rights.
If a man refuses to pay the family bills, will the wife forcing him be held for extortion? NO. That's the bias.
