In E1 of S2, we discussed the celestial feminine. In our next one, we’ll discuss the celestial masculine, a critical meaning that has been deplorably mutilated in our times, to such an extent that the most vile of people are taken as male role models.
As mother to a son whom I raised in all stages of development, as a scholar who has studied the Sunnah in great depth, as a citizen of Earth who has witnessed the black hole of social media, I think I can rightfully say — only the Quran will solve this مصيبة !
والله المستعان
Creed is not cognitive data points. Our intentions and deeds regularly feed into our hearts. In discussions with my own son on the likes of #tatertot, I reminded him of the questioning in the grave. Will there not be people who professed faith in this world while their entire…
…while their entire lifestyle belied the creed they profess? In the grave, there will be no lies, the heart will speak of what it has earned. In this world, faith is judged by the shahadah, but in the next, the shahadah will judge. This is of the most critical understandings…
…of the counterimages of the earthly & celestial. The unseen world (ghayb) is the origin of existence. This world is filled with ignorant translations of Reality. The Quran is the language of Reality. Through it, we understand the nature of all things, both earthly & celestial.
Listen to S2 E1 on the celestial feminine, in preparation for the celestial masculine, for when they are reunited the Quranic family is born. Alhamdulillāh.

1. Pray all daily prayers on time. 2. As soon as you’ve become regular in them, add Sunnah. 3. Commit to learning Religion from real scholars, a bit everyday. 4. Practice what you learn. Prioritize the obligatory before any voluntary acts.
5. Prioritize your family before any community service. 6. Do NOT backbite. Don’t even permit it in your presence. It’s the deadliest poison. 7. Commit to a daily wird of Quran & dhikr, even if small. Be consistent. Make tafsir a part of your daily litany, even if English.
8. Avoid attempting to teach others about Religion. Do NOT give religious advice. If people ask you, refer them to scholars. Do NOT debate about religion with anyone. Don’t quote books. Nothing. Knowledge isn’t meant to be flung around for retweets. Sacred knowledge is tarbiya.
“They’ll bear their own burdens and others besides” Quran 20:13
For every false post (intentional/not), for every retweet/like, the poster accumulates sins. Are our sins so few that we wish to grow them?
The only fiqh of social media is the fiqh of #truth. Fear Allah.
“The governor Ibn Hubayra had Abū Hanīfah lashed…”
…and we’re worried about losing followers and social media politics. Shame. Allah’s choicest mercy be upon al-Imām al-A’dham. The only fiqh of social media is the fiqh of truth.
As for the “if you can’t beat ‘em join ‘em”…
Rasūlullāh ﷺ gave his life. His blessed progeny gave their blood. We can’t even hold our tongues or keyboards to a basic standard of religious discipline?
Subhan Allah. Just what we tweeted about.
If I could retweet it 1000x, I would.

Just yesterday, I sat the children down to listen to one of his blessed talks.

*jadal = arguments, debates, words over deeds.
His main point targets social media & the information age’s theft of our time & sincerity, and the crisis of religious authority and pervasive ignorance, all of which result in reversed realities (aka dajal)
In the Sahih of Muslim, from the report of Abu Sa’īd al-Khudrī that while Rasūlullāh ﷺ was distributing charity Abu al-Khuwaysirah came, a man from Banū Tamīm, saying, “O Messenger of Allah, be just!” Rasūlullāh ﷺ replied,
“Woe to you! If I am not just, who will be!?”
He was the father of the khawārij, the people who thought they knew better than Rasūlullāh ﷺ, who would recite the Quran without it ever going beyond their esophagus.
They were completely bereft of divine meanings. Without realities, the Ummah is fragmented. Realities unite.
This is what the highest spiritual guides in the world, without exception, all call to. Meanings. Realities.
Allah’s infinite peace & blessings be upon Rasūlullāh, his pure progeny & folk, gleaming companions, illuminated inheritors, and all loyal followers until the Last Day.
I swear by the One Who sent our Master Muhammad ﷺ to this Earth,
this Ummah won’t reach
الحقيقة المحمدية
The Muhammadan Reality
except through
العلم المحمدي
Muhammadan Knowledge, which is found only in the prophetic inheritors…
The inner recitation is only true if it is in COMPLETE ALIGNMENT with the external recitation, both of which can only be reached through those who have already reached it.
This is plain to anyone of intellect and sincerity.
Otherwise, satan has his own reading too…
صلاح الظاهر بصلاح العقيدة والفقه
وصلاح الباطن بالتصوف
The rectification of the outward is through correct ‘aqīdah and fiqh.
The rectification of the inward is through [the correct states of] Tasawwuf.
3 adab with the Quran that leads to internal recitation
4 another law of the Quranic universe
5 the maqam of mushāhada
6 the name of new sub-genre of tafsir
7 some of my personal spiritual experiences with the Quran.
It is very difficult for me to reveal 7 and, as a general rule I don’t, however there were some matters that can only be clarified by doing so and thus…
