5. A budget that doesn't just focus on 'Digital India' but also makes sure 'Electricity in India' reaches every corner.

7. A budget that doesn't just promise 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas' and 'Sabka Bijli, Sabka Paani'.
8. A budget that doesn't just focus on GDP growth, but also on the well-being of the common man.
