FACE TO FACE: Meanwhile @laurendavisWA continues to take criticism for supporting project. But she's pushing back and making her case for controversial OPIOID CLINIC. I give her credit for addressing constituent conerns.#Lynnwood @WADeptHealth@GovInslee
COUNCIL CONSENSUS: #Lynnwood Council Member Julieta Altamirano-Crosby says they are 100% against Acadia Healthcare clinic, disappointed in @WADeptHealth decision, and shocked by total disregard for WILL OF PEOPLE by WA state leaders. @GovInslee
@WADeptHealth@GovInslee PARKING+SECURITY ISSUES: Dr. David Buck is lone tenant inside building that is now home to OPIOID CLINIC. He says it would be a logistical nightmare for patients and claims Acadia Healthcare would do a bait and switch w/private security. @WADeptHealth
BOYS & GIRLS CLUB ON OFFENSIVE: @BGClubsSC CRUSHING Acadia Healthcare+ @WADeptHealth for failing to do proper outreach, bungling communication, +putting KIDS SAFETY at risk w/OPIOD CLINIC. I walked to club from proposed site in less than 3 min. #Lynnwood
#EXCLUSIVE: I confronted Dr. Dat Nguyen, owner of building that will now be home to controversial #Lynnwood OPIOID CLINIC. Biz owners in area including his tenant wanted Nguyen to reconsider deal w/Acadia Healthcare. He refused. @WADeptHealth@GovInslee
IN YOUR FACE: Tense moments during recent #Lynnwood council meeting. Residents confronting Acadia Healthcare rep telling him not to open controversial OPIOID CLINIC. @WADeptHealth+state leaders also being called out. @GovInslee
PUT ON BLAST: #Lynnwood Council Prez George Hurst personally calling out @WADeptHealth accusing state agency of bungling communication over OPIOID CLINIC saying, "It was a deliberate attempt to tamp down public comments." @GovInslee
HE DID HIS HOMEWORK: #Lynnwood neighbor Yucong He laid out case against Acadia Healthcare with company's history of fines and settlements. Neighbors were hoping @WADeptHealth would consider this heavily in decision making process.
FRAUD SETTLEMENT: Like other massive corporations, Acadia Healthcare has run into issues in past. Company paid 17 million bucks to West Virginia, largest healthcare fraud settlement in the history of state. @WADeptHealth@lynnwood@GovInslee #Lynnwood justice.gov/usao-sdwv/pr/u…
INITIAL SHOCK: Community outrage all started end of December when @WADeptHealth held public input meeting during holidays when people were on vacay. Once #Lynnwood's Alderwood community found out, fight was on.
@WADeptHealth FIRST COUNCIL MEETING ON CLINIC: On Jan. 3, Council Member Patrick Decker making argument against Acadia Healthcare clinic near Boys & Girls Club. Opponents frame company as greedy corporation with sketchy track record. @GovInslee@WADeptHealth#Lynnwood
WHY OPIOD CLINIC IS NEEDED: Vast majority of neighbors who attended council meetings say they want methadone clinic in low traffic area in city away from kids, biz, and homes. However some interpreted that as being a NIMBY. @GovInslee@WADeptHealth
WHAT IS ACADIA HEALTHCARE? Nation's largest operator of "behavioral health" centers. State officials say it would be #Lynnwood's only clinic providing METHADONE. #Lynnwood already has drug treatment centers but does not provide this drug. @GovInslee

Looks like King County activist judge Veronica Galvan is celebrating a banner year of releasing violent offenders.
Last month she allowed Millorz Canales to be on home detention even though prosecutors wanted him to remain behind bars.
Several days later, he allegedly went on a rampage, tying a 14 year old to a tree, stabbing him multiple times, cutting out his organs, and leaving him to die.
Canales was arrested again and is now facing new charges.
So who’s holding Galvan accountable for her troubling decisions on the bench?
BREAKING: Criminal squatter Steve Hickey just filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy, hoping to shield himself from paying back hundreds of thousands of dollars in back rent, and eviction from a Ravensdale property. His house of cards is finally starting to crumble.
🧵👇
In court documents, he only claims to have $50K or less in assets.
But in this recent video, Hickey boasts about making tons of cash as a social media influencer through social media revenue, sponsorships, and licensing deals with tv stations. By my estimate, Hickey likely clears more than $200K a year.
Thousands of illegals are being transported through Seattle's King County Airport. Many will be deported.
I started documenting. But far-left activists with La Resistencia tried to disrupt my coverage. Problem for them, they don't know the law.
The woman trying to disrupt my coverage is Maru Mora-Villalpando with La Resistencia. Her group sent out an error riddled press release about this incident with zero evidence to back up their claims. Why does the far-left activist class get so triggered by the truth?
Pt.1
I was on assignment for Frontlines TPUSA. I showed them my press credentials. But they still blocked me until King County Sheriff's showed up and scolded the activists. They had to let me in since it's a public space. 🤣
Pt.2
HAPPENING NOW: Just got off the phone with Katrina Freitag, the Ravensdale homeowner who obliterated Steve Hickey in court and now has legal authority to boot this squatter from her property. She feels vindicated by this outcome but says Hickey is known as a conman for a reason.
She's afraid he might try to find a legal loophole and lie about his circumstances to delay, delay, delay.
For now, she is in the process of notifying King County Sheriff's Office and deputies could be physically removing him in the coming days. At this point, it is in Hickey's best interest to leave on his own.
🧵👇
PART 1:
Here is the summary judgement against Steve Hickey. He lied to all his supporters, his reputation is in ruins, and more importantly, the judge says the property belongs to Katrina Freitag.
PART 2:
Basically, Hickey was in a rent to own situation and put in hundreds of thousands of dollars of his own money. But he defaulted on payments and lost out on his ability to buy the Ravensdale house outright from the former owner Lee Strom.
EXCLUSIVE: In February I exposed a nightmare of drugs, crime, chaos, and death inside some of Plymouth Housing's taxpayer funded apartments for the homeless. But their leaders ignored all my questions about accountability. So I confronted them at their annual gala and they ran.🧵
Why are @amazon, @Microsoft, @Starbucks, @DeltaDentalWA, @pagliaccipizza, @AvalonBay, @Goodman_RE, and Brettler Family Foundation funding meth pipes and drug supplies in Plymouth Housing facilities without any requirements to get addiction treatment?
I've also obtained hundreds of 911 call logs to the newest Plymouth Housing facility in Bellevue that opened at the end of last year. Same problems including deaths, drug overdoses, and crime. I was recently accosted by a resident.
I will be launching that story in the coming weeks.
BREAKING: An absolutely devastating blow to King County Executive Dow Constantine(@kcexec) and Sheriff Patti-Cole Tindall. A judge tossed their lawsuit against the city of Burien that questioned the constitutionality of the city's public camping ordinance. Right after today's decision, Mayor Kevin Schilling spoke to me about the implications. 🧵👇
Now that King County has been ordered to enforce the camping ban, it's still unclear when officers will start sweeping encampments. Making matters worse for King County, Burien is still suing for breach of contract and that's winding it's way through the courts.
After this massive loss, Constantine's leadership, reputation, and legacy on addressing the homeless crisis is cooked.
At this point, his "Housing First," "harm reduction," and no sweeps policies must be further questioned and scrutinized. His alignment with far-left ideology has decimated the community he is supposed to serve. @kcexec
