The esteemable Jerome Hayden Powell was born in 1953 in Washington, D.C., at the height of the proverbial 'Baby-Boom'.

He was one of six children, and graduated from Princeton in 1975, and then Georgetown Law School in 1979.

From there he basically worked in government and/or finance his entire adult life, and became Fed Chair in 2018.

Initially hawkish, he pivoted under bond market pressure (and constant criticism from Pres Trump), before famously "making money printer go brr" in 2020.

One: $BTC Will Lose The #1 Spot By Market Cap

I love Bitcoin, and consider its origin story nigh-sacred, however I think it is bound to eventually lose the #1 spot.

I think late 2023 may be when this finally happens.

Two: We will very briefly see positive real rates this spring, which will be the last time for many years.

"Positive real rates" means that interest rates will be above the rate of inflation....
