It's a corporate psycho horror script. Unbelievable. In fact you have agreed with each of the charges

Notes from your response

1. The report is only 54 pages long. After that are a series of annexures. Of various financial statements. Or various legal orders

2. The response to allegations starts at page 26 and goes up to page 54. I really thought I was seeing things. But that's where it ends

3. Stunned because the responses more or less confirm every single allegation made by Hindenburg.

4. Most of the responses fall into the following categories

A. Hindenburg doesn't understand how business is done in India

B. Hindenburg doesn't understand Indian laws

C. We are a listed company and we don't keep track of who owns and trades our shares (that's untrue)

D. We were exonerated by the court. 99/ 100 exonerations in cases by DRI OR SEBI etc materialized swiftly after September 2014, with the charging agencies / appellate tribunals of these agencies/ prosecutors accepting the point of view of Adani with metronomic regularity

E. Hindenburg allegations are wrong. But no further explanation is given (example: why do Adani CFO turnover is so high)

F. Confirm that the Dhandharia firm was the auditors of not just Adani Total Gas but a few other companies as well.
