Can people call Florida’ governor, Governor De(ath)Santis Fascist? You decide!
The mainstream media call his governorship ‘authoritarianism’.
Authoritarianism implies the absence of democracy—a dictatorship. Image
In some ways, we can agree with them that De(ath)Santis's governing style fits the definition of dictatorship.
How about to call it Fascism? Or call him Fascist?
Fascism originated from the Latin word "fasces," which denotes a bundle of wooden rods that typically included a protruding axe blade and was carried by leaders to symbolize the ultimate power of the person.
Fascism is a way of organizing a society in which a government ruled by a dictator controls the lives of the people and in which people are not allowed to disagree with the government. Familiar? Yes! At least for most of us!
rollingstone.com/politics/polit…
Fascism also includes hatred and crucifixion of people who are perceived to be DIFFERENT by race or religion, or who are outside the mainstream (Roma (Gypsies), homosexuals, transgenders, genetically inferior and harmful to "national health," or who were born abroad),
control over what people learn and what books they are allowed to read, control over what were previously independent government units (school boards, medical boards, universities, and so on), control over women and the most intimate and difficult decisions they’ll ever make
and demands that the private sector support the regime.
In Florida, Governor Ron DeSantis is known as a "culture warrior" by extremist Republicans for taking combative positions on education. He prohibited sexual orientation and gender identity
(CRT) discussions in public university classrooms, undermining the academic freedom of the universities, and asserting that tenured professors in Florida’s public universities were "indoctrinating" students and requiring them to be reviewed every five years. Image
Teachers are limited in what they can teach about racism and other tragic aspects of American history ('don’t say black'). De(ath) Santis has become personally involved in local school board changes, replacing members who oppose his plans and philosophy.
Banned popular and famous books, even math textbooks have been rejected for what officials call “indoctrination”. (Florida is 2nd in the U.S. in banning books)
vice.com/en/article/bvm…
De(ath)Santis signed into law a ban on most abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy, with no exceptions for rape or incest, reducing what had been a 24-week standard in place for almost a half-century.
He promised to “expand pro-life protections” and it’s expected to seek a stricter ban, a so-called heartbeat bill prohibiting most abortions after six weeks.
His controversial medical board banned gender-affirming medical treatment for youths. Disney (Florida’s largest employer) has been stripped of the ability to govern itself in retaliation for the company’s opposition to the crackdown on LGBTQ+ conversations with schoolchildren.
De(ath)Santis’s “Combating Public Disorder”, or ‘anti-riot’ law, criminalizes protests and dampens demonstration efforts in Florida. The law is an assault on people's First Amendment rights to free speech and assembly. Image
A few days ago, he announced his ‘law and order’ legislator and said: “In Florida, you’re not going to get a slap on the wrist. You are getting the inside of a jail cell.”
So, is it suitable to characterize DeSantis’s combination of homophobia, transphobia, racism, cruelty, misogyny, and his ignorance along with his efforts to control the public schools and universities and intimidate the private sector, as of fascism?
Governor Ron De(ath)Santis has turned Florida into a paradise for Fascists!
It’s time for the American mainstream media to talk and write, using the term "fascism" where appropriate, and calling the GOP presidential hopeful De(ath)Santis to Fascist!
OR we insult fascism by describing De(ath)Santis as a fascist?
One thing is for sure: If Ron De(ath) Santis is elected President, fascism could become a new reality in the United States if Americans are not vigilant! Say NO to Fascism! #DemVoice1 #LiveBlue2022 Image

The Nazis in Germany - just like De(ath)Santis in Florida -, aimed to de-intellectualise education: they did not want education to provoke people to ask questions or think for themselves. original.newsbreak.com/@matthew-c-woo…
The Nazis first focused on changing what students learned - just like De(ath)Santis.
Hitler changed the core curriculum to emphasise sports, history & racial science as the most important subjects.
Education in "racial awareness" began at school!
De(ath)Santis "Stop Woke" act, the officially named “Individual Freedom Act”(Sic). sets limits on how issues involving race (CRT) may be taught in classrooms of public universities, what undermines the universities’ academic freedom! Image

Moving to Florida? Think about it!
Florida has always been a little different. Well, a lot different. Every day, strange news comes out of Florida, and the machete is just another example of an alarming trend of crimes committed with that type of weapon.
When you hear about machete attacks, you can't help but think about how they happen more frequently in Florida than in any other state.
There are quite a few machete-related crime stories; here are some short versions some of those incidents:
- Machete-wielding naked man attacked mailboxes; - Man seriously injured in machete, baseball bat attack;
- Naked man wearing cowboy hat attacks woman with machete in Medley;
- Man arrested in brutal machete attack on woman in the Waffle House.

1/ Moving to Florida? Think about it! Every scam, every indecent plot against God and man has originated or been perfected in Florida. As one cop put it: Florida is “The Deadbeat Capital of the World”! Here are some weird/funny(?) stories about Floridians:
2/ - Losing money in a poker game can get anyone heated. But setting the winner’s car on fire is never an appropriate reaction, unless, of course, you live in Florida. It all started when Michael Psilakis Jr., 21, lost $3,500 to a close friend(?).
3/ The situation erupted when Psilakis shot his friend in the back and set his rental car on fire with him inside.
- If your car hasn’t been stolen by a naked man, do you even live in Florida?
