Some serious earthquake happened in Turkey.. Looks like a lot of cities felt it. Too early to say how significant
Residents from a lot of cities, inc Niğde, Mersin, Adana and Diyarbakir report they felt a serious earthquake.
It's still early however we may be facing some serious earthquake in Turkey.
Acc to this journo based in Turkey, center of the earthquake is GAntep, could be as big as 7.8 richter scale.

If true, this could be serious.

Anatolian quake felt in Israel..

Most of Anatolia under sever winter weather conditions nowadays.. mostly under snow, cold or rains during this strong quake strikes around 4.17am local time
Mid, East and SEast of Anatolia felt the quake the hardest.

Residents from Lebanon, Syria and Israel report to have felt the quake.
Earthquake experts now state this seems to be the strongest quake since 1999 which killed around 17K people
Turkey's SEast city Şanlıurfa's Mayor Abidin Beyazgül: 16 buildings collapsed in the city

He raised interest rates 2 points yesterday.
Today he was targeted by some of Erdogan’s Islamist papers.
New appointment Şahap Kavcıoğlu is known to be a quite close to former Finance Minister Berat Albayrak.

Mark today as the return of the son-in-law..
What is more: New CB Chief Şahap Kavcıoğlu is a columnist for Yenisafak, pro-Erdogan Islamist newspaper.
