No chlorine level can well explain 35 cases of sudden death or immobilization. Chlorine only burns, in bad cases eventually causing suffocation. People usually escape it. Swift unconsciousness or paralysis is a rare fluke, outside #Syria allegations. But here it's needed 35 times
Swift release is blamed, over 1,000ppm after 3 min. So quick lung melt & fastest death, likely blackout in as little as 30 seconds. But that's also bloody & short on foam, while victims have lots of blood-free foam. They should have very red eyes, but no red at all is seen.
IIT has "reasonable grounds" to think victims could seek higher ground w/no limits, but ran into more gas instead, then kept going, into some apartments, etc. and THEN that thing that doesn't happen happened REAL QUICK & it's suddenly "impossible" to take one step back. 4/4 & FIN
