President Biden wants to appoint Charnelle Bjelkengren to the federal bench in Washington.

She lacks the most basic understanding of the U.S. Constitution.

She lacks the minimum experience.

But she’s a Black woman.

This is an embarrassment.

Recycled garbage.

We fully investigated every one of the 6 (bogus) allegations against then-teenager Brett Kavanaugh.

Every senator had full access to the printouts of 4,500 FBI “tips.”

They weren’t telling the truth.

They had partisan agendas.

They are political whack jobs.

As I told @AmericaRpts, I commend the Chief Justice, Marshal, and Court for their thorough and transparent report on their comprehensive investigation.

The person who leaked this lied.

Repeatedly.

To investigators.

And in their affidavit.

They will eventually get caught.
My concerns:

1. Did the Marshal subpoena cell phone records?

Likely not.

2. Did the Marshal polygraph?

Likely not.

There would be tremendous pushback on those two investigative tactics.

But it must be done.

And the Court did make clear the investigation is ongoing.
Political branches, like Biden DOJ (esp. corrupt FBI) or Congress, must stay out of this.

Dangerous precedent for political interference of Supreme Court.

(Subpoenas of justices and staff.)

Supreme Court Marshal can request deputized assistance, if needed, from U.S. Marshals.

Glad to see so many GOP politicians and operatives now want to speak up about classified records.

It's been a lonely fight for months.

Welcome to the fight.

(Departing Presidents can take their presidential records, classified or not. No one else can, including departing VPs.)
The Presidential Records Acts lets departing Presidents take personal copies of any of their records.

Congress gives former Presidents federally funded secured office space, staff, security clearances, SCIFs, and lifetime Secret Service Protection.

Former VPs get none of this.
President Trump lawfully declassified & took his personal copies of his presidential records to the heavily guarded Office of Former President in Mar-A-Lago.

VP Biden stole President Obama's classified presidential records and hid them in his unsecured personal office & garage.

This is a mistake.

Kevin McCarthy strongly opposes key bipartisan antitrust reforms to hold Big Tech accountable.

If @GOPLeader becomes Speaker, it is much more likely Twitter faces the Parler play:
As you’re well aware, Democrats are angry Twitter won’t censor conservatives.

And especially your Twitter files.

They’ll blame Twitter for “allowing hatred & violence to flourish,” “spreading misinformation & disinformation,” and not enough “content moderation” (censorship).
Democrats will demand Google and Apple kick Twitter out of the App Store duopoly.

And Amazon kick Twitter off the internet.

Just like Parler, which unfairly got blamed for January 6th (organized on Facebook).

Kevin McCarthy won’t help Twitter.

Just like he didn’t help Parler.

Protecting kids from life-changing pills and surgeries isn’t “anti-LGBTQ.”

Kids can’t give informed consent to this.

Neither should their parents.

(Can a kid or parents consent to cutting off arms & legs? Just sex organs?)

Doing this behind parents’ backs should be criminal.
Democrats’ gender chaos is simply one of their Marxist tactics to divide and conquer America.

It’s all about power.

They are preying on—and destroying the lives of—confused and mentally ill kids.
