It is a tradition for DMK Politicians to use the floor of parliament to spread lies & half-truths assuming it to be their party meetings.

DMK MP Tmt. @KanimozhiDMK stood by her party’s longstanding legacy in the Lok Sabha yesterday. (1/19)

To begin, She spoke about how DMK is known for creating models of social justice & inclusive development.

1) Drinking water used by SC brothers & sisters was contaminated by mixing human faeces in Pudukottai dist recently. Months have passed & no action has been taken. (2/19)

2) DMK minister was seen belittling an elected gram panchayat representative calling her Caste out.

3) Elected gram panchayat representatives were not allowed to hoist flags during independence day & Republic day. (3/19)

4) DMK LS MP Thiru @dmk_raja’s discourse about SC brothers & sisters created national outrage.

5) DMK LS MP Thiru TR Baalu took pride in breaking Hindu temples & he along with other @Dayanidhi_Maran in the past revolted saying that they were treated like untouchables. (4/19)

6) Recently, a DMK functionary in Salem was seen hurling abuses against a youngster and refusing entry into temples.

Such achievements of DMK’s model of social justice & inclusive development in the last 20 months could fill 20 pages of a newspaper. (5/19)

Next is Governor’s delayed assent to 20 bills. I am surprised that her brother & TN CM has inflated the no of bills pending passage while it was 15 last week & @BJP4TamilNadu held a press meet to clarify this matter.

And those 15 pending bills constitute (6/19)

1) 12 bills pending where TN CM nominated himself to be the chancellor of universities.

2) 1 bill related to amendment in the rules of cooperative societies giving undue powers to the State Govt.

3) 1 bill amending the rule of TN Govt wanting to take over any Pvt college.(7/19)

4) 1 bill related to the banning of online rummy where the Govt of TN is yet to clarify on how they are allowed to make a law in the central entry list.

We request the DMK MPs not just read Murasoli but other newspapers which had carried these facts in the past. (8/19)

Tmt @KanimozhiDMK asked why @BJP4India forgot to mention Thirukural in the parliament speeches.

1) We wish she is reminded that our Hon PM Thiru @narendramodi avl praised the Tamil language in the recently concluded #ParikshaPeCharcha2023 (9/19)

2) During #KashiTamilSangamam, our Hon PM Thiru @narendramodi avl released Thirukural in 13 languages.

Meanwhile, will Tmt @KanimozhiDMK care to explain why her party wants a pen statue 1 foot taller than the Thiruvalluvar statue? (10/19)

Like how DMK always believed in the west & not their own, Tmt. @KanimozhiDMK has placed her trust in the Global hunger index published by NGOs from Ireland & Germany

1. which was driven by incorrect data,

2. hasn't taken into account food security measures of our Govt (11/19)

3. and was taken with a sample size of 3000.

Incidentally, DMK MPs have conveniently forgotten IMF lauding our food security scheme which prevented a rise in extreme poverty during the pandemic. (12/19)

In the series of lies & half-truths, Tmt. @KanimozhiDMK mentions the rise in unemployment while

1) DMK is struggling to release the results for the TNPSC exams.

2) DMK promised to create 10 lakh jobs every year and has forgotten it already. (13/19)

3) DMK promised to provide 5.5 lakh jobs to youth in the State govt. No news about it.

In June 2022, Honourable PM Thiru @narendramodi avl assured 10 lakh jobs to youngsters of our country in central govt. He has already issued offer letters to 2.17 Lakh candidates. (14/19)

Smt. @rashtrapatibhvn, the first Tribal women President of our country wouldn't agree to the Tmt. @KanimozhiDMK’s claim that the Central govt is not concerned about the welfare of Tribals.

Never would it miss any of DMK MP’s speeches is the higher allocation to Sanskrit without understanding why it is made.

We'd instead request Tmt. @KanimozhiDMK to explain the below. (16/19)

Allocation for the development of classical languages between 2006-14 (8 years)

Sanskrit: ₹675.36 Crores
Tamil: ₹75.05 Crores

DMK was in UPA while this happened, and they should explain this to the people of Tamil Nadu. (17/19)

And finally, DMK MP Tmt @KanimozhiDMK complains about the lesser allocation of Railway projects to TN while the budget outlay for TN in 2023-24 is 7 times more than the average outlay during UPA2.

₹30,961 Crores worth of projects are currently ongoing in TN. (18/19)

We are yet to receive a response from the Gopalapuram family-run TN Govt as to why they did not spend the money allocated on 13 schemes for the benefit of SC brothers & sisters last year.

We are sure Smt. @KanimozhiDMK would invent a suitable response! (19/19)
