I’d like to make it clear that I won’t respond to any such instigative complaints during Rajab which is a sacred month. How easily can we fool ourselves into doing wrong even when (allegedly) defending the truth…

I caution all religious figures to be vigilant in abstaining from instigative posting during Rajab, and hopefully as a training for beyond. It’s especially abhorrent at a time when so many of our brethren are terribly suffering. The specific post in question is ridiculous…

and doesn’t even warrant attention as it’s so obviously wrong. It’s actually much more troubling that Muslims have the slightest doubt as to the outright ignorance and blatant disregard for the Sunnah entailed in such posts. The other reason I’m not going to waste time on this…

is that we’ve already explained the correct gender conception in Islām on several occasions. Despite that, people abandon sacred knowledge and cling to ignorance. Perhaps, we ought to examine what we’re really after. Guidance or drama? Have better things to do. Alhamdulillāh…

Some have also (respectfully) requested me to post more on my personal life (for benefit). While I may, on occasion, share something of the sort, the general rule is that my ‘personal self’ isn’t for public consumption. It’s for my close inner circle, my family and friends…

In conclusion, the figure mentioned above is not a scholar. By default, his words are irrelevant. Hope that solves your dilemma.

For those interested in the proper conception of gender in Islām, see below. If we’re invested in female scholarship, perhaps we ought to start showing it instead of leaching attention off of those who disparage women. Glad I choose to raise my kids instead of letting MT to do it
