This is exactly how I escaped from #Tibet. I could still remember how I ate carcass of Yak while crossing those gigantic mountains.

I was short of shoes. We walked on feet for 2 months. Today, #India is a home away from home. 🙏

After reaching #India, under the guidance of His Holiness the #DalaiLama, I was sent to Tibetan Homes School in Mussoorie where I did my schooling.

Today, I owe immensely indebted to the people of India! 🙏🏻

My treacherous journey meant a stronger bounce in my life. I had the privilege of having a little interaction with Former President Shri Pranab Mukherjee!

My biggest Achievement:

I had the privilege of receiving the ‘Gaden Phodrang Award’ from His Holiness the #DalaiLama in 2012. The award is given to the topper of each stream in Class XII. I belonged to Arts stream. 😊
